Im new to the neighborhood and had squirrels entering where some of my soffit was, under roof. I called jimmy and I felt comfortable with our communication. He came out to my property and was on time to replace soffit. He also cleaned off the other soffits due to wood chip debris due to new roof, and found a squirrel nest and scarred it off and sealed the roof. Killed two birds with one stone, thanx.
