I wish we had an option for a ZERO STAR, because they arent even worth one nor anymore of my time! Several no show / no calls; and Craig -- well lets say meeting with him would be 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Finally had a guy show up, tattoos all over his neck - but claimed the wind was too much for making repairs to my commercial property. I have been in property management for 30 years and this company is by far the WORST that I have ever dealt with... Not knowing how unprofessional they would turn out to be -- I even had Michael Wimer come out to my home, never remitted a proposal and never called back. I guess this is how he accounts for his time in the field? Listen Bayside, if youre not interested in working - dont waste the company and/or customers time. My apartment community is just a small drop in our large commercial empire - rest assured, ALL partners and GCs will know first hand what Bayside is all about -- the previous reviews are probably written by friends, family or staff. Not even close.
