Just over a year after installing an entire new roof, my roof began to leak. When I notified them of the leaks (on two different occasions), they returned and slapped a coat of tar on the roof that never permanently stopped the leaks. Now 4 years later they are telling me that I need another new roof. They are very responsive, but are more expensive than other roofers that I have researched and don’t appear to be craftsmen of their trade from the results of their work.

After replacing my entire roof down to the the decking, I now have more leaks than before. They tried to "fix" this by slopping tar on the roof, but I keep getting more leaks. After replacing the gutters, they also left a giant hole in the eave which alllowed a raccoon in my attic - after coming out, they said it was our fault because we never told them to cover the hole (the one that they caused, that we didnt know existed). Find someone else, theyll just do a bad job.

Respected mine and my neighbors property. They explained everything they were going to do while showing me pictures they had taken while on the roof so I could see what they were talking about. My neighbor had a good experience with them last year and so she recommended them to me. I always recommend calling a local company first and Murphy Roofing is the one to call for anything to do with your roof.

Roof started leaking a year after they charged me $7000 for a new one. Repeated phone calls for help went ignored, even after I was called back, he said theyd be out the next day and never showed up. At this point Im biting the bullet and calling other roofers, even though this still should be under warrantee. Avoid at all costs.
