Call the gym and youll get run through a cycle of menus for the entire franchise, not just this location. Also they were late to open on the weekend with no one around to explain the situation. EDIT: for updates and to fix grammar When I left this honest review, the late staff member said hed give me 3 months of free gym use to remove the review. How insulting. Ultimately the district manager did call me and give me three free months and apologized. UPDATE: Theyve consistently done a poor job of communication with members. On a snow day of March 14, 2017 they did not pick up calls or update social media to say they are closed. And the only attempt I saw of letting people know classes will be cancelled for renovations was a sign taped to the door. Thats too late a notice after someone has already traveled to the gym. They need to communicate in real time with social media or at least pick up telephone calls.

I have never been to your gym but since more dumb people join the internet and gives entrepreneurs, and owners a small room for any mistakes. Heres my pledge: Im giving you 5 stars just because the idiot that left a review of 1 star didnt get thru the phone line and from what it seems he/she never been to your gym, thats what Im guessing. I use apps and of course gooogle for almost anything but I always keep an opened mind and read the whole reviews and my experience of looking for gym got more intricate than already is because of this poor review. I saw your advertisement or post on Facebook and I wanted to see what people / ratings have ( such a lazy millennial ) before getting there and request a trial. Keep up the good work!

Im a regular here because a. its convenient b. its cheap. However, Im getting what I pay for. The construction isnt done. The mens locker room isnt open at all. The womens has no lockers, not all its sinks, not all its toilets, and no lights at the mirrors. The second floor track is closed. Not all the cardio equipment works. Lots of construction items have made zero progress in three or four months. One of the drinking fountains drains into a bucket. That said: 1. cheap 2. convenient 3. enough equipment is in working order for a decent workout 4. the people at the front desk are nice even if they have zero information on when were going to get lockers, a second floor, lights, etc....

Horrible business. The gym is nice and equipment new but there is no professionalism. And now no Philadelphia location. They dont care about customers. Joined back in Feb because the center city location was close to my job and getting an am workout would be easier. Waited 4 months after I joined for a mens locker room and never got it. Now I realize its because they knew they would be closing soon so there was no point to building one. Never recieved a phone call, email, letter or anything. Wouldve been nice to know before leaving my house 2 hrs early on 2 separate occasions just to get to a closed gym. Take your money elsewhere.

I initially signed up for this gym because its conveniently located close to my job and Ive stayed because its an overall great gym. The staff is extremely friendly and theyre always there to help. The overall atmosphere was also a plus, everyone is very thoughtful and friendly. Although there are a lot of repairs going on the staff still finds ways to accommodate you. I really like this gym!

Can someone please tell me if this gym is open. I signed up at the grant gym that still never opened! I do not want to drive to New Jersey living in Philly for a gym. Ill join a gym in Philly. I tried to cancel and know one gets back to you! They blocked me on Facebook from messaging them. And the gyms in new Jersey are all outdated equipment and broken tanning beds and saunas!

Well I have come to find out that this location completely closed down and I received no warning or communication of any sort that the gym was closing. Apparently it closed as of the 17th of June. My question is why is Weston fitness showing up on my bank statement in July? Beware of your accounts I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank asap!!

Nice Looking gym and nice staff but I cancelled my membership, for work reasons, almost three weeks ago and I still havent gotten my money back. Every time I call any number listed for the Arch Street Gym I either get a busy signal or the runaround from someone saying that theyll have someone call me back. Wheres the communication?

Well when you go in it seems dreary and dark. The music is good and it keeps your mind off of the transitional state of the upper floors (construction maybe) everything looked cramped and closed in, cant breathe right in there. Didnt have a fun workout, de pres ing. No saunas not sure if they have a pool, no Jacuzzi.

Finally a place where i can work out hard and not worry about being judged by non judmental people. The staff is always nice and even with the construction still going on its already has a modern and updated look which makes you feel like your working out in a high end hotel. Cannot wait to see the finished product

Joined the gym for its close proximity to my work. Really appreciate the friendly staff. The machines are decent and everything you need is available. Even during the post work rush, there is enough space. From what Ive experienced for the last few months, everyone in the space is friendly and considerate.

So i paid for this month came in today and was not told that the gym has close down i paid to much money to join this gym just a month ago what a scam no emails didnt even tell me a week in advance they were closeing down i Corte a Lyft to get all the way up here now i have to waste more money going back

Ive been member since this gym open in beginning of year, I love it, cause its convenient, and all the personal trainers are cool, and professional knowing what the doing. Help me a lot . Price are affordable even thought Im student I can afford it! Thank you guys

I like this gym and the staff a lot! Parking is super easy! I like that they have what I need and none of the excessive and hype machine like other gyms have. Bars. Weights. Treadmills. Great machines and free weights! Thats all you need in a gym, plus a pool!

Anybody who actually been to this Gym isnt giving it 5 stars. Its now closing on the 17th with no replacement in sight. Allegedly Fusion was bought out by Weston Fitness. They just told members yesterday that the gym is closing in 2 weeks on June 17th

Ive been a member since the gym opened earlier this year. I love the convenience of the gym. The equipment is good and although the space is under construction the space is good for a workout during your lunch break. Great gym!

Never fully operational, essentially stole from all the people who signed up. Now closed for good. The single good part was the front desk staff. Owner should be embarrassed of what happened here.
