Worst ever experience. I had an appointment for 4PM on 24th June 2015. Reached there at 3:55PM, there were only 2 stylists and cutting hair. They told me to wait till they finish up the existing customers which is fine. However, post that there was another gentleman who walked in and they told me that he had called in and so need to cut his hair first. I was asked to wait till 4:50PM which was not acceptable as by the time they would finish with me it would be another 20-30 mins. When I said i cannot wait, one of the lady said that I should have called in for the appointment. However, when i mentioned that i have taken the appointment through the app they said i should have called. I walked out and they were like ok, not apologetic or sorry. Maybe cause I am an Indian and there was this biasness. Will never visit Super Cuts ever again. Worst place to visit. I have been visiting the one at Lincoln Plaza at Lancaster for the last 1 yr and has never faced any issue and they were just very good. Thanks, Hitesh Sanghani

I wouldnt give them an award for friendliness, but the first cut I got there, after waiting about 40 minutes longer than theyd told me to expect, was awesome, I showed my stylist the picture of /andrew Jackson on the 20 dollar bill and said thats what I wanted. She didnt miss a beat and did an amazing job. The second time was someone different did an okay job following the lines of the first but wasnt miss personality. Maybe thats okay.

Wow, Janet gives me an awesome cut every time Im there. I took my 26 yr. old daughter there and she was also thrilled with the cut Janet gave her as well. I hope she never leaves!

Kathleen is awesome. Shes meticulous but quick, and very friendly. I have always left the salon thrilled with the cut she gives me daughter.
