I was in town only for the day on business. I really needed a haircut and Im pretty perticular about not only where I get my hair cut, but who is cutting it. I literally stopped in probably 4 or 5 salons in that area on the way to Platinum Hair Salon. When walking in to the other places, I turned around and walked right back out. Literally, right back out. When walking into Platinum, I knew right away that I felt comfortable there. The Salon was very clean. It had a very fun yet relaxing atomosphere. The girls at the desk were very pleasent and offered me a beverage while I waited for a stylist to become available. That wait was only a minute and 30 seconds. My stylist was Laura. She was a little younger and indicated to me that she had been doing hair for a couple years. My hair was weeks overdue for a cut and I had to show her a picture of me on my phone from months back for her to understand what I wanted my hair to look like again. She was spot on! It turned out great. Probably better than the last time I had it cut here in my home town. As for the price, they were pretty affordable, a little more than some of the other local salons, but Id be willing to pay a few extra bucks each time just to feel pampered and very comfortable with my surroundings anyday of the week! Thanks Laura and thank you Platinum Hair Salon for taking great care of me while I was in town. Assuming I am due for another cut, I will be sure to stop in next time Im in the area just because of the great experience you guys provided for me while in town for business. :) Chris Chapman

Hadnt had my hair professionally touched in a few years. It was easy to make an appointment and get it confirmed. I was concerned there might be some judging. I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment. The desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and a glass of lemon water. Priscilla gave my hair shape and movement. Felt amazing when she was drying it. I have a lot of hair so drying even after the layers were put in wasnt easy. Im so pleased I happened upon previous reviews of this salon. Location is easy to get to as well. Such a great experience over all. I made my next appointment on the spot. Go to Platinum Hair Salon and you cant go wrong. Thanks again ladies.

Excellent service. Courtney was fantastic - she listened to my needs and concerns, and followed through brilliantly. They are knowledgeable, courteous, very friendly folks. The salon itself has a clean and bright layout, with a selection of environmentally responsible/vegan products. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to get your hair done so many professionals and plenty of bathrooms and a built-in ATM. You are offered several kind of beverages and they do a terrific job on your hair.

I tried platinum today for the 1st time and their staff and service are great. Kristen was my stylist, she is extremely patient, friendly and talented. Great place to go...a must try!
