The absolute BEST hair salon Ive ever been to! Ive been all over from LA to Philadelphia to upscale salons that charge twice as much and I can honestly say, this is the happiest Ive been with my hair in my life. I drive over an hour away to get my hair done from color to cut and the staff is exceptional. I have long hair and my regular stylist is Tiffany and she knows what I want better than me! Terrance and Jackie have done my hair as well and both are incredibly talented and never disappoint. The owners are so kind and genuinely care about their clients happiness. From the first day I stepped into this salon I was welcomed warmly and feel more comfortable than salons Ive been to for years! From cups of tea to glasses of wine this is more than a hair salon its a "hair experience". I love the time I spend there getting my hair done and that is not something I say lightly. I tend to be impatient and getting my hair done was a necessity and something I would put off for far too long before getting it done again. I now find myself getting it done every 4-6 weeks because I look forward to the whole relaxing experience! I feel so lucky to have found this gem and look forward to my next visit every time

I have never colored my hair in my life before, I did a little research, asked around, and came across Balance! I was nervous but after I spoke to Jackie on the phone she answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease. She was able to put me in for the next day. When I arrived at the salon I felt very welcomed and everyone was very nice. Jackie took her time with me while I showed her photos and described what I wanted to be done before she went to work. She took her time with my hair and really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Another stylist, Terrence, was there to lend a helping hand to her (my hair is very long and thick). Overall, my experience was amazing, I am so in love with the results and I am proud to say that I will be returning in the future!! I hope this review helps anyone who has never colored their hair and is interested in doing so!!

I love Balance! In particular, I really like the West Chester space. The feeling is intimate and my time with Thomas is very individualized and focused on me and my hair. I have been extremely happy with my haircuts and color (which is important because I go there once a month). The staff are professional and well-trained and also very friendly and warm. I always feel special and well taken care of when I am there, and I get many compliments on my hair.

I was super nervous to get my color done somewhere else for the first time. Im really particular and am always hesitant to try somewhere new, but I could not have been happier! Jacky was nothing but wonderful and had my hair looking better then it ever has! She really listens to what you want and does a fantastic job. If youre new to the area and are trying to find a new salon to go to, I highly recommend balance!

Not much to say except...Best.Salon.Ever. My hair was so damaged from previous stylists. I came in and saw Whitney a year ago, and my hair has never been so strong, healthy, and shiny. The products are great, colors are great, everything. Balance, Whitney, and the entire staff are a godsend! Ive never received so many compliments on my hair. Visiting this salon a year ago was the best decision Ive ever made :)

I walked by thinking the salon looked beautiful and clean, and then upon hearing local reviews I decided to book a trim and an express Keratin treatment with Lauren. All I can say is - WOW! I love the flattering cut she gave me, and am so pleased with the Keratin treatment and the price too - Ill definitely be a repeat customer of Laurens and of Balance Hair Spa.

I came into Balance for the first time and had an appointment with Jaclyn. It was an awesome experience! She gave me great advice on how I should have my hair cut and really followed through. My hair looks so healthy now and she even gave me some cute braids before I left. All in all I was very impressed with Jaclyn and the atmosphere in Balance.

If you are looking for beautiful hair color, visit Balance Hair Spa Studio! I am very picky about my blonde color and the health of my hair. Thomas (the owner) did a beautiful job with my overall color and hand-painted highlights. My hair is shiny and bouncy. The salon is a nice space with a friendly vibe. Thank you, Thomas.
