Calfo replaced a water condenser on our home warranty plan shortly after we moved into our house. So, when our AC unit blew out last night we gave them a call. I left a message around 11 AM and a technician called us back pretty quickly. He said hed arrive between 3 and 5 PM the same day and would call us 30 minutes before arrival. The problem - no one ever called and no one else showed up. We left a message at 5:15 and never heard back. Its one thing to have an emergency and have to reschedule. Its another thing to not even bother to show up or call and waste a persons day off. We did receive a call the morning after and they offered to look into what happened. I received a second call late that afternoon, and it turns out the technician was sick. They did offer to perform some work for free, but, at that point, I had already had our AC unit repaired by someone else. I will give them credit for offering to rectify their mistake and handling in the error in a completely professional manner.

Furnace stopped working on a 9° day. Called and said they would send someone that day between 2-5. Jason came and took probably 30 seconds to find the problem with my furnace. The induction motor. He explained everything to me and what my options are for heat today just replacing the motor and fan instead of the whole shell (which is just a plastic lid) that would cost more and take until the next day to get one from Carrier. He went up and beyond helping us and didnt just do things to my furnace and slap a huge bill down in front of me. Very reasonably-priced company. Did NOT nickel and dime me. Very nice using boot covers every time he came in and was so polite. I will always call them from now on!!!!

If you want the best guys for the the job , Tim and his crew are the BEST ! I had been without gas for almost a week and the insurance would not cover so they got me financed in less then 3 minutes at the best rates and they came they next day. Tim arrived around 7:30 am and worked all day in the hot weather and was at my home until 10:30 pm that night, he said he would not leave until I had gas in my home. If you want the best do not look any further then CALFO, they are friendly, reliable and the BEST bunch of guys there are !! I am so happy these great guys came to my home, I will call them for any future problems.

Calfo Mechanical is as professional as they come and they get the job done! We had raw sewage backing up into our basement. Calfo Mechanical was quick to return our call even though it was a Sunday and a National Holiday! They arrived, went to work immediately, and fixed the problem. And they did so at a very reasonable price. They also gave me some clever tips that I could do as a homeowner to possibly prevent my situation from arising again down the road. We were very pleased with Calfo Mechanical and we highly recommend them!

My experience with this Calfo was 5 stars for sure! They didnt try to sell me stuff that we did not need like some companys do. Service Pro Dylan was very efficient and on time. He explained what was wrong and fixed the problem with my thermostat. i appreciate his great customer service! Its nice to see a company go above and beyond with customer service!!!

Great service! Entered information on website to schedule appt, had a call back within 15-20 mins, scheduled service tech for next morning. Jason quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C problem, he took the time to explain what he found and all service options. Was very courteous, knowledgeable, very professional. They responded within minutes to my phone message and appeared within an hour at my home on a Saturday. Located the problem and fixed it quickly. Air back on and survival is certain.
