When the Postal Service stopped giving personal customer service in the form of phone conversations to answer questions; it made a very big mistake. I am offended that we who really appreciate getting information from "REAL" people; are no longer able to do that easily, unless we want to be put on hold for lengthly times; & hear menus; & suggestions to go to website to save time. Whose time do you save?? Certainly, not the customer. It took as long for me to accomplish the task at hand, as it might have, if I had driven to the local post office & given them the information. Well, at least I saved on gasoline. I will not use this method to do anything again. And it is unfortunate that this does not seem to matter to the USPS. Oh well. Thank you for reading my rating. I took the phone survey, after & rated the service (1).

Horrible experience, waste of money It would be better just to go down the street to the Conshohocken Post Office (They are way kinder). I dropped off three packages all with 2 pounds on each box, usually if I got to any other USPS they will except it but here they sent it back and it pushed me back 2 days late for shipping and It made me lose money and time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Arrived less than 5 minutes after closing, lights on woman inside, first she tried to hide from me and pretend I didnt see her, then when she finally came to the door, in a rude voice told me she refused to take my small box and slammed the door in my face. No courtesy at all. Dont waste your time here!

Mike the postman was helpful, pleasant and quick. Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had at a US post office. Would recommend going there.
