Horribly rude staff. Im sorry you dont like your job. Im not the biggest fan of mine either. I lived in Saylorsburg for 7 years never had a damaged product ( i own a small business), I move to effort and I have three different damaged items in three months. So they wanted to REFUSE my packages even though they all had the paid shipping on them because they didnt want to scan them (there were six), I BEGGED i said please take them these need to gout today! So I promised I would figure out the one bar code paper they were talking aobut! Well I print from multiple sources, etsy/amazon/fb/ebay so I cant get that paper that has one bar code for each package. I need to drive another 20 minutes to another post office because I will not even trust this post office with a letter. Oh and they are SO rude about everything, I mean jeez, every time I went in there I went in with a smile because I make an effort to smile more because of my depression but still they treated me like some parasite. I cant imagine they are this way with everyone though because one lady came in there with a fruit cake/apple cider for them during christmas time. Or maybe that lady was just trying to cheer them up, which is something I go out of my way to tip my postal workers during the holidays and it stinks for them that they lost out on that. Everyone deserves respect.

Rude and unhelpful. This post office lost my package. When I went in to ask a question about my package I was interrupted before finishing my question by the rude lady behind the counter and shooed away with her hand while she answered the phone. If I could rate negative stars I would.

RUDE staff. Useless Post Master. Its a shame because the carriers are fantastic, but I do everything I can to avoid going into the post office ever.
