I called today to just ask a question on whether or not I had to pick up a package and sign for it or if it was being delivered to my home after getting notified that it was delivered to this office. This was due to a notification I received from the tracking site. Not only was the woman rude, but she didnt even answer the question I originally asked. She even just hung up on me without a warning or anything. The only points they actually get is .5 for actually answering the phone, since thats not an option 1 star will have to be enough.

This location has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I called to ask for a tracking number, and the lady insisted there was nothing there under my name, even though I could tell she didnt even take the time to look it up. Her demeanor was horrible and hung up on me after our conversation. I called the next nearest location in Deepwater and he kindness of the staff is dramatic just over the phone.
