Never have I been so UPSET in regards to customer service. I came to this location after a day of classes to pick up a package. I did not have the orange slip that the mail man left for me to advise they missed me to drop it off. I told the lady at the desk the name and address, she goes back there to look, came back and said nothing is there. Now, I am texting my bf to make sure it was THIS location. He replied yes. Now I am BACK in line, and I advised that she just double check. Again, she went back and said nothing is there. NOW, I drive ALL the way back home, found the slip - I was at the right location. Go back to see the SAME lady that told me there was no package and WHAT A SURPRISE, she found it. Then she even tried to blame me, stating I provided the wrong address. MIND YOU, she had multiple opportunities to maybe clarify if she thought she was hearing the wrong thing, and NO - I EVEN wrote the correct address on a slip of paper for her. I work in customer service and to have to make some one drive back for a slip is ridiculous. What IF I truly LOST the slip?! This was not a busy day, there were no other people waiting after me. I even stood there as she was holding a non-business conversation with another lady and they exchanged phone numbers. I dont know if she was incompetent to think out of the "box" and be more creative to look for a package when lacking the orange slip? I dont get it.

Terrible experiences. There is ALWAYS a long line at this location, the staff here is subpar to say the least. Ive always tolerated it since its the post office and expectations are low to begin with. The incident that prompted me to finally say something and give this review happened on 1/10/15. It was. Saturday so the post office closes at noon, I arrived at noon on the dot with a package that had prepaid postage affixed to it. Everything was done, all I had to do was hand it to the woman behind the counter and leave. Instead, as soon as I walked in to get in the existing line (as always) a woman was blocking the door and told me they were closed. I very politely said "this is paid for Im just dropping off." She rudely responded with "were closed, you cant drop off." Note, there was a line of customers still waiting to be served. I was blown away by the attitude this post office clerk gave me. Terrible customer service! I understand they want to head home after working a Saturday but seriously, they had like six people waiting in line and my transaction would take ten seconds, if that. Looks like Ill be using fedex or UPS from here on out, like the majority of the country.

This office is a disgrace. I was waiting for an important and timely document from PENNDOT. I never received it. Checking with PENNDOT I was told it had been returned as undeliverable. The address was correct. I get everything else. Junk mail, circulars and such. I call this office and get a busy signal. Again...busy signal...I tried several more times. I was at work so I had to stop and try later. When I did, it rang...and rang...and rang until it picked up and a voice said "Please enter your access code". What? This is the customer service number! I just tried again. It rang...and rang...and rang... They have put me in a position where I can be fined for not having the document that was sent to me weeks ago and I cant contact them because they dont pick up the phone. The New and Improved Postal Service? Not this group.

Going to this post office is worse than going to see my dentist. You can feel how much they hate seeing you there and when it comes to customer service, what customer service? Im waiting on very important package, I stayed home waiting for the mailman to show up like a kid waits for an ice truck. He never came, I went online to track my package and now instead of "out for delivery" I see "we attempt to deliver, no one was home, notice left" what a big lie! No notice left, mailman even specified that he was at my house at 6:27pm to deliver the package. I was outside at that time and I did not see that Ninja coming, my neighbors didnt see him either. I called them up to schedule a pickup, nobody answered the phone and when they do I can never understand what they saying :/

I am extremely disgusted with the clerk that is named Sharon. She sold me a book of stamps for my invitations to be sent . I put them on each envelope in front of her and she took them. The next day all of the invitations were returned to me by her claiming I needed more postage. I went back to see her and she had a nasty attitude claiming she did not sell them to me and then took one claiming it was heavy. I asked why didnt she do this before. She stated because I didnt ask her. She is a horrible clerk that obviously needs to retire. I will never do business at this post office again ,

Eagleville is the WORST post office ever. Glad to have moved from there. Moved and mailed was to be forwarded and still has not arrived at new address and no mail is coming to the old address. Why is this so difficult? Anyone else is in trouble for messing with US Mail, but the Post Office doesnt do their job and cant figure it out.

The mail was on hold while I was away. I got home and the next day a bundle with 1/2 was in my mail box. There was no second bundle. I am missing my mail. Interference with mail is a felony. They never answer when you call.

WOW - talk about RUDE customer service!! I called at 2:52 on January 29, 2016 and when I asked a simple question, the girl cut me off, told me that someone else had already called and hung up on me. WHO does that?

Giving one star is too much...Customer service is the worse ever. Trying to locate a package the supervisor on the line didnt even ask for the tracking number. He must have been on his way out to smoke a cigarette!

Multiple, unending mid-delivered Mail to our address and all neighbors, as well. Important documents overdue, hand-delivered by neighbors, or lost. Someone must be held accountable.

Every time you call no one answers. It does not matter what time of day it is nor how many times. I have called 5 times already today and still no answers.

Constantly losing my mail. Takes 2-3 weeks to send mail a mile down the road. If it ever gets there. Ridiculous.

Mixed impressions here. Some workers are awesome, some will play dumb to not do work.

Agree with the reviews. They never pick up the phone during office hours.
