The post masters inability to run the post office costs my company thousands of dollars every year. If you are sending bulk mail use another post office or find another carrier if possible. If you are taking bulk mail to them you will first, pre pay up front. If the one person who does bulk mail is working that day you are told to get in your vehicle, drive out on to the road and enter through the truck entrance. Once you get to the docks you are forced to wait until someone lets you in (understandable). Once you are let in you have to sit and wait for them to completely enter you bulk mail in to the system even though you have already paid for it (we watch them do their job!) so bring something to do. At this point you have invested a good 45 minutes to an hour or more. If someone is not in the back, youre just out of luck. They will not take the mail that you have paid for them to send out. And they wonder why they are in financial trouble!? There is no reason for anyone to use this post office. The money you spend in fuel to go to another post office will be more than worth it.

This post office is a total disgrace. I sent a package from Florida to Quakertown paid for priority mail. When I tracked the package the automated service said package was attempted delivery and they left a notice. The person I sent it to is disabled they were home and there was no note on the door. When I called the Quakertown post office the supervisor told me My handwriting was sloppy and it went to the wrong address, which was not true. So I expected them after they got the quote correct address another attempt to deliver. When my friend called she was told the package was headed back to Florida When I spoke with my postmaster in Florida he explained they have a GPS system and the package never left the Quakertown post office. What a disgrace you people are So now my package is sitting somewhere after I paid high dollar and package is no where I dont want to even give one star

One star is an overrating. Unfortunately I get quite a bit of items shipped to me through usps. I constantly have packages lost and delayed. I can understand if a package gets lost or delayed very rarely, but this is not the case. Its almost every other week. Today just really pushed me over the edge when someone had found one of my missing package in parking lot. Im sorry but I dont care if someone is filling in on a rout, it doesnt make it acceptable to deliver a valuable package in the middle of a parking lot. A person who is delivering mail should know how to properly deliver it no matter where it is. I will pay extra to get my packages shipped fedex or ups from now on.

Horrible! I wonder how they can get away with such horrendous service. I am an avid online shopper. Amazon now uses USPS for a lot of shipping. I used to get things on time with UPS. never had a late package. With USPS, I get serveral late deliveries per week! No excuse, no reason. They just change the delivery date... I guess if they dont feel like delivering it. Pisses me off because I pay extra for Amazon prime 2 day shipping and I dont get things within two days anymore because this post office sucks.

Called to tell them I havent received mail for two days. Told me someone was training. Not sure how mail doesnt get delivered when someone training. Whos their preceptor? Two packages were supposed to get here 2 days ago. Tracking says that they left a note at 10am. Funny, we dont get mail til 4pm. Wrong house most likely? They dont answer the phone when calling. So much for having my textbook I needed for a class.

Mail has taken 5-7 days even when mailed to another town in the same state !! Packages are constantly lost or misplaced . I dont understand if they just need more help or need more reliable workers. I lived in several places in the U.S. and have never had these kind of problems with mail. Might purchase a P.O. Box at another office just so my mail doesnt have to come through the Quakertown office. Very unreliable.

The workers at quakertown USPO have to be the rudest people in Quakertown, If a customer takes the time to thank you for your help you take the time and thank them for the compliment! I dont know how many times these people just hung up on me without a word. Its rude, they dont deserve this job, and shouldnt get away with it. *Mark is the employer I have had problems with.

This post office should have some of their employees go through a customer service training. I called tonight (12/23) regarding a package that showed up as delivered on ebays tracking page but it never was. I spoke to a guy named Jim. I told him that I had a tracking # when he said very rudely, "I know. Im counting money. Hold on." I guess Jim thought I was a mind reader.

Terrible customer service.....needed to call multiple times to resolve an issue...no communication in office between managers and employess, messages not relayed, repairmen not sent, etc....no apologies ever made by manager I spoke with at least four times!.....the manager needs some customer service training!!!!

Ive learned not to trust the Quakertown Post Office. I have had packages shipped from mainland China to the west cost of America, cross-country to Philadelphia and then the local post office (Less then 2 miles away!) -- Only to have these Wankers deliver to the wrong street address.

Unable to follow simple instructions on how I would like the package delivered, never leave a notice when my package isnt able to be delivered, and do not hold packages even when specifically told to so I can pick them up. Horrible service.

I wish I could give 0 stars because this usps sucks. Always late on delivering packages. Get more people to fill the routes or learn how to schedule properly. If this was any other business they would be out of business.

My comments mimic the others who posted reviews adding that my package has never been recieved by the intended recipient. GONE. Will look for other ways to report this irresponsible , illegal tampering of mail.

This post office sucks . Had a package come in early in the morning . They would not give it to me cause they didnt feel like looking for it .its not that hard to take a minute to look for it .

The workers here are friendly and the place is kept pretty clean. However, if youre going right after work or any time when its pretty busy, expect to wait for a while.

So I think the people at the post office are really nice... But the problem is my neighborhood gets mail between 5-6 pm everyday now!!!! Super annoying
