Im not sure how a normal working person has to pick up the mail. And they dont deliver mail to your house, you need to come over to get your mail. They close at 5 and saturday till 12-30pm. Im working from 8am till 6pm, saturday included. basically whenever i dont work they are already closed. stuff is unprofessional. i think we should make a petition to have our mail delivered to our houses. the whole area here is picking it up from them. extremely frustrating and very big discomfort for all of our community members. or at least have them working 2 shifts till 9pm.

They never answer the Phone, it always rings busy???? So I am forced to go in. What a waste of time and gas. My problem can be answered over the phone, which means shorter lines. My problem is that I went in to changed my mail delivery address last Friday 10/2/2009 and its 10/10/09 and it hasnt been changed yet ??? I need a job and I work real hard!!! I can also multi task and answer the phone while working.

my parents had the worst experience yesterday they just went to ask a question they feel more comfortable going there because they speak Spanish the lady who "help " was so mean and disrespectful Im surprised because every time I go to the post office Mr Benny and another nice lady are there and they are the best but unfortunately my parents were not so lucky and had to deal with this person
