Went for a passport application. Woman behind the counter was very quick, rude, uninformative and unhelpful. Misguided me on my form and directed me to fill out portions that were unnecessary. I watched her interact with a few customers, it was easy to tell that she couldnt care less and excelled at making people feel stupid and incompetent. I would rather spend the rest of my day calling different post offices and traveling over all of Lehigh Valley than have to further interact with her.

I shipped a hardcover book from the Whitehall Pa location in a bubble wrapped location. When the person received the shipment, it looked like the cover was forcefully bent and stepped on so the book was not usable. I called this location and Bill, the person who answered the phone, said that even if it was the post offices fault, they were not going to do anything for me. Switch to UPS folks!
