I have been waiting 2 weeks for a TON of postal supplies that cant be found in our local post offices TO FIND OUT THAT " Your item was undeliverable as addressed at 8:49 am on April 8, 2017 in ALLENTOWN, PA 18102. It is being returned if appropriate information is available." All my information was correct. Its the delivery people who just gets lazy and doesnt even bother cause all they want to do is hurry the hell up to finish there shift (Im assuming) This is ridiculous. I am trying to get a hold of my local post office several times but no one picks up! It just rings and rings then hangs up On you. From this day on I am NOT using usps for my business deleveries or any other type of parcel delivery. Switching to FedEx, idc how much I have to pay, as long as my customers get there orders and dont have to worry about this delivery crap thats happening to me with USPS. This post office back in the day was great, now its allllll downhill. Save your money and patience people.

Mine is not the Post Office mine has to do with the Mail Carrier who deliviers mail to me. It has not been one day that he is not smoking in his truck or comes in to the house to deliver mail smoking I would appreciate him not doing this it is unproffessional. I just moved here from Florida and Mail Carriers were not allowed to smoke while delivering mail or in there trucks. Another thing is that if we do not have mail he does not even bother to check to see if there is out going mail left for him to pick up which has happen in several occassions. I think they need training or like Florida does has one of the supervisor follow them on their route to make sure it is being done correctly....Staightened PA Post office ..The one I am talking about delivers on Madison Street.

Packages never get delivered. This post office is the worst joke of a service Ive ever seen continue to operate. Mail is torn half the time. Jerk delivery people NEVER ring the doorbell with packages. Im sitting right inside the damn door and i hear them put the note in the mailbox and just keep walking and never even knock!!! I run after them and they TOTALLY LIE and say they did knock! i was right there! they totally didnt and lied about it!!! Other times i get a only a third and final notice without EVER having received the first and second notices! Sometimes i get no mail for several days in a row and then all of a sudden i get thirty pieces of mail on one day! and they never ever answer the phone. Im certain the ringer is off. I HATE MY POST OFFICE!!!!

I wish i could give negative stars. I was suppose to receive a package last Friday Nov. 21st. No one was home so i got the little card and signed the back. I already requested a redeliver for the next day as soon as i got home from work. I have been trying to reschedule a redeliver ever since. This is the worst post office ever. I tried calling to see if i could speak to someone. Thats a joke as well since it seems no one even works in that building. I called about 10 times and still no one picks up. God forbid someone with any brains would hear the phone and pick it up. Worst service i ever had to deal with in my life.

I have been here twice already. The staff are very helpful and smiling. Even when their shifts are about to be over. It is easy to find and easy to park. It is always good for the post man to deliver your mails in your mailbox, but when he misses you or leave a note, there has to be something behind it. For example, I was a little frustrated for receiving a slip for redelivery. I went to this place and they explained that I needed a name tag inside my mailbox. Which is cool, I did it the other day. The only demerit about this place is the line. They should open up more service windows, especially on busy hours.

i had mailed my landlord 800$ money order for the rent they lost my mail so now i have to get the refend to get money back n give it to my landlord i never had a problem before sending a money order threw the mail i already contacted a lawyer now my landlord is upset and said problem needs to be fixed by april 9th or im getting evicted yeah u believe this n all because of the post office lost it the lawyer i contacted had told me im not the first person to come to him for a issue at the post office like this is peoples mail n most people mail important things like wtf !!!!!!!!!

Big disaster, horrible costumer service. I rent a mail box they didint drop any mail for 3 month there and they lost my mail. So I just used it. For 3month. Obviously they dont refund money for been incompetents. Now I been waiting for a package for one week n its was paid for be at home next day. I go there and they send me to the one in airport road. Cesar the supervisor give the phone number of the council to report airport RD for been incompetent but guess what my package was all the time in this one. Such and idiot cant help but can be asking for my phone number.

TERRIBLE!!! Im not even from Allentown but on a recent visit, I had the displeasure of dealing with one of their mail carriers. As I was driving down the street a mail truck came speeding up the intersecting street, ran the stop sign and cut me off!! I had to brake to avoid an accident. I tried calling the post office to file a complaint but apparently no one answers the phone over there; it just kept on ringing and ringing until the call finally disconnected itself. Very unprofessional. The truck number is 233234, WATCH OUT!

Ordered an item from Amazon for my mother who lives in center city Allentown and it was to be guaranteed delivery to her address on Sunday by 8pm. That never happened, the usps said they tried to deliver the item at 5:08pm which never happened. There was no knock at the door or use of the door bell and no notice stuck on the door explaining, sorry we missed you. The only notice I received was from amazon telling me the usps tried to deliver the item but was unsuccessful. . Very disappointed in them once again. ..

Apparently ringing a doorbell is too difficult for the mail carrier. Every time I am expecting a Priority Mail package, these idiots dont bother to ring the bell or even leave the card they are supposed to. Someone was home, in the living room, all ******* day, yet they claim there was no secure location. Couldnt ring a doorbell, idiot? No note was left (though the site claims there was) and the carrier never rang, as there was someone 50 feet from the door, though its kept closed due to the neighborhood.

They were a day late when I paid for expedited shipping. When they came to deliver it the first time, they didnt even ring the doorbell and they didnt leave a notice. So, I scheduled it for pickup. When I went to pick it up, they said they sent it out for delivery again, so now I have to wait an additional day since they tried to deliver it when I wasnt home. Honestly, if you cant follow a simple direction, please quit your job. I dont understand how these people have jobs.
