This post office zip of Chester Springs has probably grown more than any other PA location because all the new home builders wanted the Chester Springs mailing address going as far as to not use the proper Uwchlan post office that is still located right where all the new housing exists. So this little Chester Springs post is over run, with not enough room for the huge amount of new addresses its received, no new personnel to help, resulting in a tad bit slower delivery, but Ive been recieving mail from it now over 30 years and they have performed wonderfully under all the changes. Still the most economical reliable service our Government provides :)

I have a package that was checked in 2 days ago and it is still not delivered. On another occasion they delivered a package of mine to the laundry room of our building. Just left it in the parking lot by the laundry room, who does that?

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Mailed three identical, weighed envelopes from this location and had one returned for insufficient postage. Never had this problem with my home post office.
