Embarrassingly terrible service. At 1 pm on a thursday there was NO ONE available to handle any customers. Them having a phone number is pointless, there is no voicemail and no one ever answers. The service bell must be an inside joke. It is not loud enough to be heard in the back, and the main desk seems abandoned. At this point the building serves as more of a usps storage hub with a misleading post office sign out front. Something has to be done about this waste of govt resources. Unfortunately for us it seems as if it has been this way for a while now.... I will contact corporate.

extremely terrible. you have to take an appointment before submitting an application for a passport. they have ONE woman only to answer this call. I been calling for straight 2 weeks I always get her voice mail. I think i have called like 50 times. i left like 4-5 voice mails hoping she would call back. she never does. i called the main office and they say well she is busy doing passports. How about if she is doing passport someone else take care of scheduling appointments.

The woman who attended to me was very nice. However, she was the only one working with a line of about 6+ people before me. I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes to be served which isnt really the issue because she was the only one there and I am patient. What is the issue is how come there are not more employees tending to customers and helping this poor woman out?

They never pick up the phone a person can call for hours non stop and there are no means to leave a message .The service is terrible and shamefull because the only way to communicate with them is to drive there then if the Head person is not there there is no person qualified to assist with even the simplest problem or inquiry.

Incredible. Called about 10 times until I had to walk in and wait for someone to beback from lunch! That someone never appeared and the guy at the front door finally attended me. Thephone rang a couple times while I was in the office and he didnt even look at the phone. Horrible Service!!!!

The woman at the desk was very short worded and rude. She told me no and walked away to continue making copies or whatever it was that was more important than helping me. I left without even being allowed to retrieve my package, which I had the slip for and everything!

Horrible customer service. They dont even answer their number provided online. They sent a package of mine out for delivery and I didnt receive it that day. The package was returned to the usps facility. USPS is garbage dont have mail shipped through them.

Called from Dallas, TX because employee sent package to new address but did not change tracking info! I called this location and SOFIA went above and beyond to find the package and mail it to the correct address. Thank you again sofia

I hate this place because no one here will even pick up or return a phone call, the mail man doesnt place mail in the correct box and he also places mail in trash can to which I have picture of!!!
