Very Rude/ Unwelcoming Staff, Everytime, I had a question about my package, staff gave me a rude and short answer, like they are in a rush, if Im Paying for a service Im supposed to get a concrete or at least an approximate Professional answer, not a "It takes whatever it takes". I will be going back and keep supporting the Main USPS at Stafford Ave. where the Nice, educated and Professional staff is.

Really upset with the West Scranton location.Didnt have mail pick up for two days with outgoing mail in my box which was visable.So I had to drive over to the office and was told the carrier doesnt have to take my mail if I am not receiving any that day!!What the hell do we need carriers for then??

Staff is always in a rush, not polite/welcoming, actually very rude with a attitude that they have to even speak to you too complete their job. I strictly use the downtown Post Office by the old Steamtown mall.
