I would give zero stars if possible. I have had 8 addresses since moving out of parents house. I have never had issues with my mail til I moved to this area. Mail is frequently delivered to wrong address, mail is left in mail slot for anyone to take & for the rain to soak it & packages are not delivered on time. Twice in past three months package was returned to post office for a false reason. First time they said they couldnt deliver bc no one was home (I was home all day). The package was not expensive so they could have left it like all the other packages they have left. And, there was no post it on my door saying they tried to deliver. Second time they said the package had the wrong address on it so they couldnt deliver. Miraculously, the next day it was delivered without the address being changed. Lazy mail carrier! I have complained, but that just made things worse.

What do you know, another package delivered to the wrong house (thats 3 now). About a month ago my husband posted about it so now I will. We had a shipment that was split into two separate deliveries. How can the first one get delivered correctly but the one the following day get lost. I have asked the post man and the issue is he hardly understands English, so maybe the issue is he cant read what the address is. We submitted claims for the first two and you guessed it, they couldnt find it. This one wont even let me submit a claim because it wasnt insured by the sender. UPS transferred it to the USPS and they really should stop doing that since they are the only ones that seem to deliver correctly. So what are we supposed to do now, have the post office hold all our mail and inconvenience us because of their lack of competence.

Who gave this post office 5 stars? They must be on the wrong website. Just as similar reviewers have said, the tracking information for my package said "delivered," but I did not receive a package. In addition, it has been three days since I have received any mail at all. I went to the post office to speak to the supervisor, who was absolutely no help. He said, "the tracking information says it was a good delivery, I dont know what to tell you." There were several other customers behind me in line who were also complaining about not receiving their mail for several days, and he said, "I find that hard to believe." No help at all. If you actually want to receive your mail, you will probably have to have it delivered somewhere else.

If this is your post office expect to never get your packages or mail. Had to go into work late to track down my own packages after being delivered miles away from my house. Complained at least 10 times even spoken to the supervisor and nothing has changed. I ma currently trying to find a package that was delivered yesterday but not to my house. WORST POST OFFICE. Send your items to someone elses house and pick them up yourself. Might be the only way u get them.

This is the worst Post office I have ever dealt with. They leave my packages at other addresses, say they delivered something and they didnt. I have put my mail on hold multiple times and they still leave packages and mail at my mailbox. So by the time I come back my things are missing or rained on. Cameras dont lie carriers. I can see what you. delivered.

The Award for the Worst Post Office Location goes to this place. They lie about delivering packages, rude staff. I will be filing a police report to investigate their activity (constantly stating that the packages were delivered when it was not is actually a Federal Crime) and I will make sure the authorities will hold them accountable.

Seems like everyday there is a new postman and our packages keep getting delivered to the same house number with a different street name. Filed a claim but nothing resolved. Keep getting notified that it was delivered but as mentioned above, TO THE WRONG HOUSE!!!!

Put mail on hold while away, came home to mailbox full of mail. Havent gotten any mail since weve been home (4 days). They never bother to take our out going mail, deliver our store ads or god forbid it snows. We dont see mail for a week when it flurries!

I have had 3 packages lost /not delivered in 30 days. The tracking shows delivered and of course not in the LOCKED mailbox. Post office says tracking shows delivered sorry ! I think the carrier is stealing the mail ......
