(Original post begins here, from early May 2017) Just spoke with Devon there. Rudest experience Ive ever had with what once upon a time used to be a good respectable institution. By the way, we dont get our mail until 7PM or later sometimes, and 5 is about the earliest. This amounts to us getting our mail a day later than everyone else CONSTANTLY. We get checks a day late, bills a day late. Anything that needs ACTING upon we get a day late! If this isnt against USPS regulations it sure as heck should be. And Ill be taking this up with them next. Update: I did take it up with the national USPS, who treated me with much more respect and decency, and promised to look into the matter. They said an investigator would be getting back to me within a couple days. Well, they didnt. I did get a call from the local postmaster though. Apparently I heard the name wrong as theres no Devon working there. Theres a name that rhymes with it working there however. He was far more courteous this time around. (Cough...) Nothing was resolved to my satisfaction though. Just politified. It was not the primary reason for my call, but all my neighbors are quite irate at our delivery time as well. That place was built before the wholesale destruction of Limerick by "developers", and now serves more than three times as many residences as it used to. There are 20 routes there, Im told. I expect late delivery is happening on nearly all of them. I know a large problem here is funding. You get what you pay for, and apparently we prefer drone missile strikes to good adequately capable mail service. Id rather they had 30 routes and we had a few less drones to be ashamed of... I will at least say that from what I was told, there may be some hope of things getting somewhat better, but not by much. I think the chance of getting rudely treated stands the best chance of being substantially revised. And by the way, there are several very nice people working the counter there. I think Ive known a couple for over 20 years, and as infrequently as I ever go there, they remember me. That means a lot. Those people rate 5 stars. Ive had several other majorly bad issues here within the past few years, though. With ANY business, one rotten customer experience out of a hundred can really do massive damage to what we think of them. Or just by being gouged - because they can, and enough people let them. Who doesnt resent this? (I do think USPS gives good value, all things considered.) They should ALL be thinking harder about this, cuz, boy, have things gotten worse over the years... I blame Walmart. Haha

The 2 guys when they are helpful. Ive gone to the same clerk 3 times. If I walk in and she is the only one there. I just turn around and walk out and go to Staples. All my items I am fixing are priory or pre-approved bought on eBay/PayPal. All she needs to do is scan it. Always seem to get a major ATTITUDE. What really blew me away she just thre the packages over her shoulder more often then Not. She is a dark skinned short woman Im not sure if she is from a country form a Indian country in Eastern Asia , vietnamese Or philopenio. Im am not a racesist man just using it to explain her appearance.. Also chastised my wife. DO NOT GO TO HER SHE DOESNOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT. You have her to see her throw our packages in the big laundry basket 48" wide 3 deep and 36" both ends measure. I suggest taking shipping to staples of you can. The only issue there Im not sure if the ship everything you have to ship. I would call In advance FRUSTRATED eBay SELLER WHO SELLS 25 to 46 items then gives a HUGE ATTITUDE AS SOON AS SHE SEES YOUR SHIPMENT ON MONDAYS WHEN YOU come in with listings that sell Friday thru Sunday, which anyone who sells on eBay Sunday is Fund day. Thank you and I hope this article helps you . Maybe can find which clerk to go To instead her. OH SERIOUSLY DO NOT UNDER any sircumstances GO TO THE LIMERICK OFFICE. THIS WOMAN IS PLAIN OLD MEAN ARGUED WITH MY WIFE THAT A BOX WAS 2ounces but little to her knowledge she was way off on what we weighted each item so we Had the scale in the clock lol she was over 4 ounces off and not happy about it GO TO STAPLES IF YOU CAN. SAVE YOUR receipts so you get points ( can even use a fictions ) names as a business and once a month . You get points and can send fed ex from there 1st. Build a good repor with the area post office if you can 2. Carry a portable scale 3 . Pay attention to how they handle they your shipment. 4 all larger packages are usuall a lot cheaper when its a very large item I hope this helps you out

ZERO STARS!!!!! This post office lost, LOST, theee packages of mine. At three different times. All of expensive and overly large boxs. How do you loose costumers mail?! This is truly pathetic. Each time they did loose a package or mail, they give a nasty tone. Then they take down your phone number to"Call you when we find it." I never got a call for two of my missing packages. I probably wont this third time either. You say your the United States postal office. Yet you cant even do your jobs. Looking at all the bad reviews this place got. Makes me wonder why Royersford lets us have such bad service. I had to change all my shipping adresses to my jobs adress, because these mail officers never give me my mail. Thanks alot.

If I could give zero stars I would. This Post Office has a difficult time getting something through their pea brains. WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS!!! YOU ARE A BUSINESS!!! WE PAY YOUR SALARIES!!! Stop acting like you are doing us a favor. Your attitudes SUCK! Any other business would have been OUT OF BUSINESS by now. How about you quit your bitching, suck it up, and do your jobs.

Installed new mailboxes for my apartment building, then refused to deliver mail to our building because the mailbox numbers didnt match the apartment numbers. They never contacted us to alert us to this issue. We had to call the post office to find out what was happening. This issue is still unresolved and we have to go to the post office to pick up our mail.

I have been using USPS in royersford for years and today was one of the worse experiences Ive ever had. Turned around and used FedEx . Worst customer service ever from the light blond heavier set older woman. Most of the people who work there are great this woman is terrible!

Its tough to review a "business" when theres not much of an alternative and you must deal with the USPS. The customer service here is largely inconsistent, which is why several reviews are 1 star (or less). The job gets done but it may or may not be a pleasant experience.

Always received package tracking info as delivered at mailbox but nothing there when I checked. Is this the USPS delivery policy of posting something as delivered when actual its not?

Ive been coming to this post office for 4 years and havent had a complaint. All of the clerks are always pleasant and helpful. It also never hurts to be a patient and kind customer. :)
