BUYING INSURANCE IS A SCAM. I sent a package. Insured (only 200 dollars) and with signature confirmation paid approx 20 dollars to mail). Homemade Afghan I made myself. Post office scanned package put in truck in Delaware . It was suppose to go to Illinois. Package disappeared after it was put on truck. Through several denied appeals they refuse to pay claim even refuse to return money I paid for shipping. I did not have receipts for the yarn I purchased. They did not want any pics, testimonials of my work nothing. Quote. They do not pay for sentimental items nor time it took me to make the item. I never felt a need to save receipt for yarn approx 50 dollars worth i brought months in advance to make a full size bed blanket. WHY DO THET PUSH INSURANCE ON PEOPLE. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. PUSH U TO BUY BUT REFUSE TO PAY CLAIM AND REFUSE TO REIMBURSE MONEY U PAY TO MAIL THE ITEM. COULD ANYBODY ELSE GET AWAY WITH THIS. TAKE OWNERSHIP LOOSE IT N KEEP UR MONEY.

Can I ask a question? How is it possible that mail coming from this location is NOT getting post-marked? I am in receipt of 2 official letters from a government facility and neither envelope has a stamped date on it. I went to my local post office to ask them, "Isnt ALL mail suppose to be postmarked?" And I was told YES no matter where its coming from. When you call this location no one does not answer the phone, so are there LIVE workers there or what? How is mail being delivered without being stamped? Inquiring minds would like to know!!!!

No one ever answers the phone. When I leave messages they dont call back except the one time that they did. I missed the call because I have a job where I cannot answer my phone during the work day. When I called back no one answered, again, and I had to leave another damn message for them to listen to and then never call back...

Yeah, they are rude but if you do e-commerce and need to deliver fast then no other location ships faster! Also, they have great hours.

Never had more problems with a local post office continually taking my packages to the wrong place, takes 2 extra days for deliveries.
