The 3 missing stars are for my daily postman who skips my house regularly, leaving my out going mail sit there for days at a time. I cant tell you how many times I have had to drive to the post office to mail my bills after the mailman walks past my house! At first I thought the problem was my old fashioned mail slot in the door. So we hung a mailbox on the house and pointed it out to mailman. Same problem! So, I began paper clipping out going mail to the outside of the box for him to see. GUESS WHAT?!! Still passes us by regularly. Unless we have incoming mail, the mailman doesnt bother even looking at our mailbox. We live on Wintermantle Ave in Scranton. Flat yard, short walkway, no overgrown shrubbery. Our mailman is the worst. Ive had two bills paper clipped to the mailbox since Monday morning- he delivered to my neighbor, whom I can literally shake hands with across our porches because our homes are so close together, and skipped us! There is no excuse acceptable. (Im not even going to mention how many times I have found one of my neighbors mail laying on the ground in our neighborhood - including a prescription drug that my neighbor was waiting for!) Sickening

Very poor customer service. They chat with people they know even they see there is a long line. I was there one time asking for help what box I can use for my package one of the associates said we dont do that. The boxes are there. (She pointed) you can get your own. . My mail is always in my neighbors mailbox . I know if our regular mailman is off. I have called & complained in person so many times about this issue but nothing has been done.

I absolutely love this location, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, and answers all my questions in a politely and professional manner, I tried going to the Main Ave. location 3 times and had awful experiences with their staff service, very rude, never again, I ended up going back to the Stafford Ave. location, Very nice and professional people there :)

Getting two packages , only got one, excuse on line, animal interference. NO ANIMALS!!! this happens all the time. I just hope he doesnt deliver it to a different street, that happens a lot!!! Disgusted. The post office doesnt answer the phone. No one cares
