The people who work the desk are SO NICE but the people who deliver the mail ... incompetent apparently. I sent a letter and a package on a Tuesday for a guaranteed Friday delivery. The package finally arrived on the following Tuesday instead. The envelope, which contained CASH because my daughter needed CASH for a purchase (thankfully not a large amount of it) NEVER ARRIVED at all. UPS and Fed Ex are all Ill ever use again. Done with US Postal Service.

Claimed that nobody was available to sign for a package when in all reality the post woman didnt feel like getting out of her car to walk up to my front door. And it was on a saturday so now i have to wait til monday to get my package that she was too lazy to acutually deliver. Bogus, bechtelsville usps is bunkko

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Packages marked delivered but never were found, mail ripped open and taped over. Customer service is horrible, was given an attitude about why mail wasnt delivered. Tracking is spotty at best.
