so we get the mail today and its ripped open so everyone can see my fiancées identity. He went down to them and they told him a machine could have ripped it open...I called up and some dumb lady tries to explain to me that even though everyone can see his social that someone at the post office wouldnt steal your identity because they have jobs and they arent going to risk that for someone w2 information. So basically she"s trying to tell me people with jobs that make way more then the income of a postal worker dont steal peoples identity every single day. The service there is absolutely horrific and I am honestly disgusted about this whole situation maybe the postal office should hire someone with half a brain instead of the lady that must live in a perfect little world where bad things like STOLEN IDENTITY doesnt happen

The last two time I have been there I was treated poorly by a bearded employee. He was very rude and very inconsiderate to me. It seems like every time I have dealt with him he has tried to overcharge me to ship a package even after I have personally weighed the item prior to sending it. If it was up to me I would have him fired or at least be clean shaven so he would be more presentable.

Terrible place. Rude, inefficient, and hard to contact. Post Master is worst of the bunch.
