Dirty most of the time. Line is too long. PO boxes cost more than anywhere in the area. Also the CSRs are terrible. Guy tapes a womans box right in front of me. Then I come up, and he wont tape my box, tells me I should have known better. Wont look me in the eye and treated me with great disrespect. I left, he made me quite upset. I decided to go back in and deal with someone else. I talk to the person in charge, and they force me to deal with this guy again! I said can anyone else help me. They said no, and he laughed. Bragged about how he served in desert storm. Almost threatening me. I was done. This post office is not good. I was used to going to the office in Bear, which isnt the nicest area. I dropped off packages for years! Never a problem. Nicest staff possible. I think there is something toxic at the middletown post office. No one wants to be there. Another time I asked a guy there if he liked working there. He laughed and said no one likes it here. I would take any other job, but I cant find one. Wow. I went to Odessa from then on, and the people there are NICE as can be. Its tiny, but I never see a line, and always treated with the respect a paying customer deserves.

Waited several minutes to discuss a billing issue with "someone in charge." When I tried to calmly and politely explain the concern she raised her voice (in front of several customers in the lobby), said something rude, and literally closed a door in my face. Hopefully, she isnt truly the one "in charge." In addition, we repeatedly get other peoples mail in our box and have addressed this with them several times and it still occurs.

They dont even deliver to our door. You MAY get a notice in your box you have a delivery. They just give them to the apartment manager because they are too lazy to knock on your door. it may be 3 or 4 days before you get your package . When you call you get a woman with an attitude that apparently hates you but says shes the boss and they wont walk up stairs. They dont attempt delivery just pawn packages off to apartment managers.

Very rude postmaster, moved to area had package routed and almost returned to sender because they say there is no mail receptacle, took pics sent them to postmaster and didnt have the politeness to email back, no employee there is happy, dont know why they get an attiyude.

Worst post office ever. One of the young male staff is the rudest person I have encountered. He talked in a condescending manner and have this know-it-all attitude. Dont expect a sense or urgency or care when visiting this post office.

Does not have any plan to deliver mail to new development, I waited in line for 45 mins just to get mail that everyone else gets delivered, some staff have been rude to customers, I dread going to this post office!!

On hold for a half an hour and counting to make appt. for passport. I just hung up bc it doesnt seem anyone is going to assist me within the hour. Id rate this place 0 stars if I could. Poor customer service.
