Ive had two really bad experience here. Incident 1 I returned a jacket bought from an online vendor. It was for 279. I dont normally purchase insurance for anything below 500. Long story short, the package didnt even leave USPS facility. After being told to wait for this, file this, and do this, my insurance claim was denied because it went past a grace period of some sort. Incident 2. A parcel was sent to me from overseas. I expected the package to show up in 6 to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, I asked the vendor to provide with tracking number. The package basically went from originating country (May29), to NY sorting facility (Jun3), to Wilmington DE sorting facility (Jun4). The next status was Unclaimed on Jun30. Then back to originating country. They didnt even try delivered it. Somebody dont like me in this PO.

Awful people making awful service...cost me almost $100 to buy a new car title because they refused to send it right and somehow it got lost on the way to the insurance company. No help, no sympathy, hardly even any attention given. Go to another post office.

Best post office around! I go out of my way and pass 2 post offices to use this one! although, it is always so busy. Love the mail your self kiosk! Put in your info and DONE! Love the workers so great!
