I have been complaining for over a year about our rural route carrier. We have received mail later and later to now past 4p daily. She is beyond lazy and it infuriates me! She leaves packages out uncovered exposed to the weather to be blown away, rained on, etc... I have witnessed her tossing my packages out of her Jeep window onto the ground in front of my house, and when I went out to confront her she was rude and drove off. She then started shoving them into the fence down the road where our mailboxes are located. We live on a farm with a lengthy driveway, so now she is literally just stopping at the end of the driveway and leaving them on the ground near the road! I was actually able to catch her today leaving a package from Kohls there and I videotaped her. I will be filing a formal written complaint at this point, since verbal complaints to the postmaster have not been addressed with our carrier thus far.

If I could choose less than one star to write this review, I would. I ordered a necklace for my mother for Valentines Day from Etsy. The email I received said that my package was delivered. I thought this was odd since I never received it at all. I went to the post office this morning to tell them the situation and was told that the manager would be in contact. After not hearing anything from them, I decided to call. When they FINALLY answered the phone, I explained the situation once again for him to ask me if my name was Nicole. If you already knew my name and the situation, why wasnt I contacted. He claims, along with the carrier, that my package was delivered. Which is a lie, it wasnt. I will be going over his head to his supervisor on why people are not receiving their mail and their packages. This has got to stop!!!! Beyond frustrated now.

Why do I not get my Giant circular (or any other circular, for that matter) until 3 to 4 days after the weeks sales have begun? On a few occasions, my circular has not even arrived until the last day of the sale. Ive spoken with Giant, & the issue is definitely on the part of the post office. What takes so long for the flyers to be distributed? It has been bad enough that our neighbors have lived across the street for 2 years this month & the other neighbors have lived here longer than we have, & we STILL get their mail at least once a week. I am constantly walking mail up & down the street. Our last names arent even remotely similar. And on several occasions, important checks, invoices, & letters have just never been delivered & we have had to call to have things resent. Get it together.

" No Suitable Location?" WTF? A tiny package was out for delivery on Saturday (according to the tracking info) but never showed up. The tracking # number says that it was not delivered because there was "no suitable location" for delivery. We were here at the time and would have happily provided *our hands* as a suitable location for delivery but never got the chance. Since our other mail appeared in our mailbox on the road (we also have longer driveway), I suspect that when he/she forgets to deliver a package the first time they enter this code as an excuse to cover up their mistake.

ALWAYS horrible service from my mail carrier! ALWAYS leaves delivered boxes uncovered on rainy days and leaves my mail (letters/envelopes) on top of uncovered boxes on rainy days. I have called the Boyertown Post Master on several occasions regarding this issue and it still continues. FEDEX and UPS always places my delivered boxes in plastic when rain is in the forecast. I will be sending a letter to my mail carrier and forwarding a copy to the Boyertown Post Master and to the Post Master General as well. I demand better service from the USPS and I intend on getting it!

These people suck at their jobs, just a list of some issues Ive had with them. They ran over our mailbox and then denied it, on multiple occassions Ive had packages "delayed" due to no secure drop off even though Ive been home, and even in some instances, sitting on my porch when Ive gotten the message. The people at this branch are just plainly lazy and have no respect for others.

They refuse to discipline or fire a mailman who continually does not deliver packages, and does not do his job properly. He has left my mailbox open, he has bent packages with pictures, and lately he has decided to just stop delivering or picking up mail on our road because of a detour for one day. He also leaves mail out in the open instead of on a covered porch.

My daughter meds (shes almost 1) meds said was delivered and never showed up nothing left here im home all day so I would know this is the 3rd package not delivered!!!
