Today I called to confirm that my package was at the Exton Post office. I talked with Person A (the supervisor) at the post office. He said my package was there and that I needed to pick it up. I get to the post office a little after 4 PM. After waiting in line for 20 minutes its my turn. The clerk that helps me lets me know that I have to fill out a form ( it was never left in my mail box) to pick up my package. I fill out the form and he goes to look for the package. He returns and tells me that the package is not there. Its no surprise that I freak out and say that I talked with someone and they said it was there. The clerk is an incompetent worker. He did not know he had to look in the spot where my package was. The clerk also lied and said that there was not a manager or someone higher up that I could talk to. He gave me a number to call tomorrow and leave my complaint. He also said that I would have to come BACK to pick up the item that supposedly was not THERE!!!!!! After being in the post office 40 minutes I leave empty handed and angry. I call the number and talk with Person A ( who I later find out is the supervisor). He said that the package is there and to come inside. My biggest complaints are the following: 1. INCOMPETENT WORKERS!!!!!!!! Tell someone on the phone that they need to ask for you when you get to the Post Office. Train the clerks in the front WHERE things are kept. 2. LYING- The clerk lied to me saying that there was not someone that I could talk to about this incident. He gave me a number to call for the next day. There in fact was a "supervisor" working at the time. I left work early to pick up this package that could have been left in my mailbox. They never left the form to be filled out for this to happen. THEY made the mistake and expected ME to come back to get the package after I was told it was THERE! I have never dealt with such incompetent people. PLEASE LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB AND STOP WASTING TAX PAYERS TIME!

This was the worst experience Ive had anywhere.Today, I went to the post office because my brother sent me a package 2 day express from San Francisco last week. It is an extremely important package because it has to do with my fathers recent death. It was supposed to arrive Thursday of last week. The tracking online says it should be delivered on April,10th and it is now April 17th. No big deal, things happen. I just want an answer as to why it has not arrived. A family member went to this post office to see if she could get an answer. They asked her to fill out a piece of paper with her number on it and the issue and someone would get back to her that day. No one got back to her for two days so I went in to check on it. I was greeted by a teller who seemed annoyed to speak with me and I explained that a family member came in to figure out the issue with the package and she was told she would get a call and still has not received it. He told me that you can fill out the same form and someone will get back to you. I asked when should I expect a call and he replied, aggressively, "Oh, youll get a call" I did not want to start an issue so I filled out the form and left. I couldnt believe how rude, uninterested, and annoyed the teller was before I said a word to him. Customer service is no a priority for USPS. Ive used USPS in the past and the packages take longer then expected, the tracking system online is useless, and it is impossible to speak to someone on the phone if you have an issue. I will never use USPS again and will make sure to tell everyone I know or anyone I meet never to use them as well

My experience at this post office was so terrible it is hard to even put into words. The staff is extremely rude and racist against white people. I went there to get my passport and my picture taken for my passport. My appointment was scheduled at 9 A.M. The black lady who is in charge of passports did not come out until 9:15. They were not busy. She was also very rude. I have never gotten a passport before and she was aware of this. When I sat down to get my picture taken, I smiled and she told me I was not allowed to smile for my passport. She also did not tell me when she was taking my picture- very unprofessional. And my experience only gets better from here!! (complete sarcasm, if you could not tell). After my mom filled out everything and all the checks, the lady tells us there is no film so we will either have to re-schedule or get my picture taken elsewhere and return. My mother had some place to be, and this black woman was fully aware. We did not have the time to be running around all day all because someone was not doing their job correctly. And shouldnt they know they were out of film before accepting appointments? I was so fed up I walked straight out and had to go all the way to Downingtown just to get my passport. Unbelievable. Will never, ever give this post office a dime of my money again.

USPS and FedEx are shipping partners, but the transition was terrible. I dropped one package for returning on 12/27/2016, and it was further picked up by FedEx later. However, there was NO tracking information from FedEx or USPS. After one week, I do not know whether the package was delivered or not. So I came back to this office again for more information, an Indian-looking employee (I will not mention his name) did not give my any useful help, and blamed me "not taking photos of the return label", and told me that "he did not generate the label" "not his responsibility". Apparently the link between USPS and FedEx is missing, and this particular USPS employee made the experience worse. I was forced to give one star for the review, otherwise I could not post this review. But if there would be more choice, I would rather give no star at all.

This is my second Sunday in a month where Amazon shipped my package for Sunday delivery. Unfortunately, this post office has some carriers who dont care about their customers and perhaps even their jobs. "USPS attempted to deliver your package but was unable to leave the package unattended." Note: it is a box with nothing of high value and does not require a signature. The previous one shipped for Sunday deliver 3-4 weeks ago. My mail daily carrier said the guy who missed my delivery a few weeks ago must have thought my home was a "business address" and didnt attempt delivery. That is UNREAL. Maybe I am a business who NEEDS his item on Sunday, the day I paid to have it arrive. The USPS and the local Exton Post Office should not offer it if its not available or reliable. You guys can and should do so much better.
