Not sure what anyone can complain about when you can send a package half way across the county for less than the cost of a sandwich. This is not the DMV, people are friendly and while the wait can be excessive sometimes, it is not forever. Could have a little better hours but all hours drop box is great at this location.

Great post office, staff is always super friendly and helpful. Full service post office, not only can they help with all your shipping needs, they can also process your passport and take a picture for it. The self service kiosk is great for your after hours mailing needs.

The self service kiosk scale is incorrect. I weighed the same item at a different USPS self kiosk and it was 6oz less then Hockessins!!! I decided to write as it hasnt been addressed in months.

No matter how many times I come here or who is behind the counter, the people are RUDE. They are condescending and plain rude. If it werent so close Id go somewhere else.
