Its impossible to do much of anything here. Delivery service is utter trash - whenever a package is sent to me USPS I know that there is a 100% chance Ill have to wait until Saturday to pick it up. The mailman doesnt even knock on the door to see if Im home to sign for it; he just fills out the notice slip and leaves it. They dont even bother taking the package out in the off chance that Im home. A delivery service stops being a delivery service when it doesnt even try to deliver. Im constantly receiving my neighbors mail, which makes me wonder how much of mine might be out there. The one and only pro is that the building looks nice from the outside and is in a convenient spot. Inside, its a literal dungeon and is staffed by downright hostile employees. Seems to be a problem exclusive to Wayne, as every other post office Ive been to from LA to New York was well lit and staffed by people who could at least fake professional pleasantries. Recently I had to go to King of Prussia for my passport (thank God that Wayne doesnt have their passport service anymore), and it was a very nice experience. Id rather catch hammers with my teeth than do even simple things at Wayne.

We have had horrible and extremely unprofessional customer service with this post office. We have also had several incidents with missing mail. One time, we had a package delivered from Amazon that was marked as delivered that we never actually received. When I called and spoke with the supervisor, she told me to just have Amazon replace the item, they would be unable to fix the driver error. Another time I called to ask if the mail would be delivered, as we had not had mail in 3 days, and the man that answered was extremely rude and unprofessional in his response. We also have issues with our mail not coming until 5:30 or 6pm at night. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to get these issues remedied. Just last week, our neighbor handed us a pile of mail that included my car registration, insurance information and dental bill. Apparently our mail man isnt capable of reading addresses properly.

Im separating the Post Office from the actual USPS Carriers and will say I love this branch & its employees. Ive NEVER encountered a rude person so I guess you get what you give with the other bad reviews. The building itself is fabulous if you take the time to stop and look at its architecture both inside (front door area) and out. When Ive had delivery issues or missing packages, Ive been able to call and always get the manager to help me find them. As for the Carriers, Im afraid that much of what was reviewed prior to me is true. Seems there needs to be a re-training program of some sort to get things tidied up again.

They consistently deliver mail at 6pm or later. Yesterday I was supposed to get a package and I was home when the mail came (7:30pm), but they still left a note claiming there was no safe place to leave my package. They didnt even knock. Sometimes they dont even deliver the mail at all. Im constantly getting my neighbors mail (multiple times a week), even though our mailboxes are clearly marked. All in all, terrible service.

Horrendous service. Had NO tape gun at all that I could use, this differs from every other Post Office that always has a roll of tape available. They wanted me to buy their 5 dollar roll of tape so I could use 4 inches of it (which I refused). On top of that the woman at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. Absolutely ridiculous, would never go again. Do not recommend

Ever since we got a new mail man we either dont receive our mail on certain days or it comes at crazy times . I am beyond furious and already reported it and will be going further into it . this is absolutely rediculous !

Amazing staff members :). Pat, Jake and Gene are always very helpful and get you going, in and out of there in no time! I always get the mail delivered to my PO BOX daily as well.

awful awful post office. lost two packages in two weeks, my newborns birth certificate was left in the NEIGHBORS mail box. pathetic. the manager NEVER ANSWERS HIS DIRECT PHONE!
