Anyone else know how Ms. Miserable still works at the post office and has for twenty some years? If my customer service skills were that terrible, Id be fired. She once argued w/ the customer in front of me re: whether it actually was a nice day! She told me I couldnt use a Fedex box even w/ the fedex blacked out because it was their competition. Seriously? She is THE MOST miserable, nasty, rude, bitter woman Ive ever come across. Id rather travel a little further and use a different post office or use a different carrier altogether. Smyrna needs to get it together and fire her.

Normally I do not give negative reviews. I was always taught if you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything at all. However, I must say the ONLY good thing about that place are the employees WHO HELP inside the building. The postmaster is horrible. Ive called several times with promises of a call back and have yet to receive one, even after making several calls. They always point the finger at someone else vs taking responsibility for their actions. If it werent for the individuals that service people, I wouldnt bother with the Smyrna post office.

Still waiting for a very important document which was mailed to me in January. I frequently get the WRONG mail, which leads me to believe someone is getting MY mail. Horrible!
