ZERO STARS DELLA...Della is a horrible employee for the public postal service. We should not have to deal with people like such. Rude, Dry, Cold and not so Bright. My experience was not a good one. I read some reviews and I seen quite a few with her name in it and the reviews are very poor. That says a lot about Della (not good) and a mouth full about these US post office reviews. Who will review these comments that have authority to do something towards these tired employees and that will make a difference where its needed.

usps, the worst thing in American history. if you dont want to do your job and deliver mail to an established address instead of saying no address found, and take the time to send it back,,, life can be good, thank god for fed ex and ups, instead I ordered something online and the seller still uses this crappy service. please go out of business forever, you serve no purpose, this goes out to every single usps.. yuck, only thing your good for is to deliver junk mail.

Always Excellent Service. Della and Rick make the experience of coming to the Post Office a visit with old friends. Not only is this staff the most efficient they are extremely caring. Rick and Della have helped me more than I can say, while my spouse was in Iraq, they helped me packed items for the troops, helped get my Passport renewed, and with new Real Estate clients...thank you.

Called for two days straight no answer, tried at least 10-15 times. The Rehoboth Annex tried to help which was very nice. They called me back, but I was on the other line, but answered and said please hold, immediately got off the other line 30 seconds and they had hung up that quick. Clearly they dont want to talk to anyone. A great example of our Public Postal System. Wow!!!

Went in for passport applications for our kids (ages 2 & 4) and to get their photos. Della the clerk was surly and cold. Had trouble with the 2 yr old cooperating for the photo (imagine that!) and she made the experience much worse. All the attitude was totally unnecessary. Would have been nice to get some decent customer service!

Coming to the Rehoboth Post Office is like going to Cheers... everybody knows your name. Friendly folk behind the counter that are always willing to go that extra mile for you. I also love how they keep birthday another greeting cards there, for last minute convenience. Passport services also available, just make an appointment.

Not good. Went in to get passports renewed. Had to have an appointment even though no one was waiting. Appointment wait time -- 8 days. Surely cant be waiting for a licensed photographer. Tried to call to cancel appt. but no one answers, just get disconnected.

I have always had a great experience in my local post office in Rehoboth Beach, the staff is curtious and helpfulnwith any questions I may have , they are my go to for shipping, keep up the good work!!

Its always enjoyable to visit the people that work in the Post Office. Working in a resort area cant be easy, but they always great us with a smile.
