Very disappointed in this place. First off Ive been using them about 6 months spending $40-60 per week on dry cleaning. The woman that is at the front is always unhappy, never friendly, but they did a decent job so no big deal. Then I picked up about 5 shirts on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The following Wednesday I went to wear one and there was a tear on the forearm. I figured no big deal theyd handle it for me. I go in that afternoon and the guy tells me he remembers that tear and its from my elbow. I told him this is around my forearm and not because of my elbow and it still has the tag on it from them cleaning it. It hasnt been worn since they had it and it wasnt ripped when I brought it in. He tell me he can fix it no problem...$8. I tell him thats not how it should be, they ripped it so they should fix it. Things happen but they should make it right. Long story short, he wouldnt fix it so I took all my stuff I was going to drop off and left. There are so many dry cleaners in the area youd think they would want to keep a consistent customer. Guess not. They lost my business and Id tell anyone that would listen to look elsewhere.

They lie & cant be trusted or they dont give you your money back if they cant do the job right! Also they dont tell U anything if your cloths R damaged U have to find out for yourself when U get home!!!
