I agree with both of you the woman has an attitude but OMG they offer UGG cleaning and i got my uggs back, which were a mustard yellow color when i handed them in there, now they aer BROWN!!! I think they just threw them in the washer b/c the suede on the outside is COMPLETELY ruined, they SHRUNK and dont even fit anymore they are so tight, and the inside sheepskin (wool fuzzy inside) is all disheveled!!!! I called asking the woman how they clean them exactly and she gave me attitude saying she didnt know, shes not the cleaner i have to call back, they ruined my $150 uggs!!! How can they offer a specialized cleaning service for somethign and ruin them!!!!!

I love this place! They not only clean all my clothes they do all my alterations for me. The lady in the front has always been very nice and helpful. Going above and beyond to exceed my needs.
