This place was ONCE terrific - clean washers and dryers , which is the real reason youre here - but all the extra features made it great. 3 TVs , 1 the local ABC, one Sports, One kids TV in a kids area - they are still here. The vending machines with not too overpriced food and drink are still here. And the woman that opens the dry cleaning area during the week is great. But the available restroom, in case you enjoyed some food and drink over the one to two hours youre here for the laundry , has been closed. The free Wi-Fi that was once here , is now lower quality and password protected - which might be ok unless you happen to stop by during the many hours that there is no clerk available to give you the password. And the change machines never really recovered from the switch from the old bills to the new bills . Dont get me wrong, the place is absolutely not a pit like so many others in the Scranton area , it just used to be so much better. So now its good, just not great :-(.

Rudeness. Second time that guy behind the counter basically told me to screw off. I asked for 2 $10 or $5s for the twenty I just got out of there atm and he said he cant help me. I told him I do not need $20 in quarters he then told me that sucks. Rude. I frequent there every single week I dont need to I can go to other places and now I will.

Clean and affordable, this laundromat is very convenient. Situated between two pizza shops, a CVS and Rite Aid, and automatic doors are all added convienences. All washers are directly across from identically sized dryers, well thought out. Very family friendly. Parking - small but ample parking. Price - reasonable.
