Amazing! Awesome!! Holy Cow!!! First, some background…We move here 5 years ago. The second floor carpets are around 25 yrs. old & the family room carpet is at least 10 yrs. old. I’ve raised 2 teenagers, with all their spills and messes and have two greyhounds. I use a home “steam machine” to clean my carpets a few times a year. Even so, my carpets were dirty, dingy, matted, and smelly. With family coming from out of town for my son’s graduation, I knew it was time for professional help. After reading a lot of negative reviews about nationally known services, I checked out Angie’s List for a local vendor. Squeaky Clean and Dry (SQ&D) was the top rated carpet cleaner in my area and there wasnt a single negative review. So I submitted an online inquiry and about 10 minutes later I received a call and made an appointment for 2 days later. Pete & Lee arrived exactly on time. We looked at the rooms and discussed my needs, the services, and options. Lee broke down the pricing so I could determine exactly what I could get done within my budget. At no time did he pressure me to buy any additional services; he just outlined all the options, which was great. I hate when those other companies badger you to buy the extras and give you dire quality warnings when you turn them down. Once I had all the numbers, I decided to start with the two worst rooms which are the ones used most by us and the hounds, the family room and the master bedroom. Both had several spots and stains that had never come clean using my home machine, so I had no expectation they’d come completely out. I just hoped they’d be a little less noticeable. WOW! Was I wrong!!! The spots and stains have vanished! When they finished both rooms and I inspected the work, I was blown away! The carpets look amazing, even better than when we first moved into the house. They had moved all the furniture, which were now resting on protectors. The carpets were so clean, that when I moved a few pieces of furniture around, I couldn’t tell the difference between the high and low traffic areas. Obviously, 20+ year old carpets will never look like new again, but they truly look and smell fabulous now. I was so impressed, I contacted my hubby who OK’d increasing the budget a little so I was able to have them do two more rooms and clean my hubby’s favorite recliner, which is also my female hound’s favorite ‘bed’ when we are not home. Once done, the carpets felt only slightly damp; it’s obvious their equipment sucked up most of the water and with it, a ton of dirt. I’m confident, with a few fans set up, the carpets will be dry by tonight. The technicians, Lee and Pete were great! They were polite, professional, friendly, and they were VERY thorough. Lee also had a repertoire of family friendly jokes and riddles he fired off whenever my son or I came into the room where he was working. He had us laughing all morning. So not only are my carpets clean, but the house already smells better, and my son and I had a very pleasant morning filled with laughter and smiles. The next time I contact SC&D…and I will be calling on them again… I’ll ask for Lee and Pete! If you have children who will be at home when SC&D come to clean your carpets, ask for Lee and Pete, they are the best! If you are thinking about getting carpets or furniture cleaned, do not waste your time or money contacting one of the nationally known cleaners (and their bogus $99 deal), call Squeaky Clean and Dry instead. You’ll be glad you did. You’ll receive prompt, professional, polite service from initial call to end of service. SC&D may cost a bit more, but it is worth every penny. You’ll have amazingly clean, fresh smelling carpets, the peace of mind of knowing the job was done right, and if Lee and Pete provide the services, a good dose of laughter too. This is a great company. They did an excellent job on our carpet and upholstery. Lee and Jessie are knowledgeable and professional, as well as very personable. This is the 2nd time weve had them out to clean our carpets. The first time, our dog had had an accident in the hall way, they tested for moisture in the pad, and then cleaned the carpet. However, when the weather turned humid, the smell returned, I called and they were out the next day, took care of the problem, and no more odor! This time, there were heavy grease marks on the carpet, compliments of my son the mechanic, and they treated the grease, and it is gone. My carpet is only 2 years old, but I plan to have them out at least yearly to keep it looking beautiful.

We had a great experience with Jim, Lee and Jesse. Jim was professional and responsive on the phone. He answered questions in detail and clearly. Lee who came to our home to access the job and give the quote, worked efficiently as measuring the rooms and describing the processes. He also is a master of imitating birds and telling corny jokes. Jesse assisted Lee on the day of the work. The smells in the wall-to-wall carpets that were the biggest issue, were mitigated completely. The carpets were indeed nearly dry as advertised, and by the evening were completely dry. By the way, the work was done in August, and while not a rainy day, still pretty humid out. We would absolutely use Squeaky Clean and Dry again in the future.

My recent/first experience using Squeaky Clean And Dry LLC has been fantastic. When I called to inquire about services I spoke with Jim. He worked with me to accommodate my schedule and answered all of my questions about their services. The crew, Lee and Jessie, were extremely professional, personable, and efficient. Prior to hiring Squeaky Clean And Dry my wife and I were debating replacing our carpets and upholstery but after Lee and Jessie were done thoroughly cleaning them there is no need to replace them. Lee and Pete just completed cleaning the upholstery on my sectional and rocker recliner - great job. The rocker recliner had some serious odor due to one of my cats urinating on the chair. My husband had used Natures Miracle for the last year trying to get the smell out of the fabric with no luck. Squeaky Clean and Dry applied a solution that really did the trick and the smell is completely gone. My sectional and recliner are so clean and this wasnt an easy cleaning job as I have 5 cats and the hair alone on the furniture was quite a large amount. My house smells great - no chemical smell. Thanks Lee, Pete and Jim for really helping me out on this - you did an awesome job.
