Worst dry cleaners Ive ever used. First time I took a blazer there, it came back with a bad musty smell and I turned it back in for a re-clean and they ended up losing that blazer. They did buy me a new one, which I just dropped off for its first cleaning the other day and just went to pick it up and it smells dirty, like its never been cleaned. The person at the counter was rude and disrespectful, telling me if a blazer has a sweaty smell, it "doesnt mean its dirty" (what?!). During our argument, the person who does actual dry cleaning for them came by and admitted he forgot to add some chemical and thats why it smells the way it smells. They took the blazers back for re-cleaning again. Rude person at the counter didnt even apologize for not taking my concern seriously. Now I just hope they dont loose my blazers again.

Ive been to this location a couple of times for my dry-cleaning needs and the new management is friendly and helped me with all my questions, and reassured me that whatever bad experience I had with my prior dry cleaner ( I wont mention any names) wont be reciprocated here. So far my blouses and dresses and coats that I have sent over came back perfectly and on time with out any unpleasant smells. I will continue to do bring my clothes over! I also had my first laundry bag picked up for wash and fold and delivered back. Clothes smell great, folded neatly, life is looking better!

This is one of the best dry cleaning experiences that Ive ever had . The new owner is so sweet & is always looking out for her customers . I brought a dress that I needed cleaning for an event that was 2 days away & after I explained this to the new owner she made sure to have my dress cleaned the next day ! Ive never had such great customer service & this is definitely going to become a usual spot for me ! If you havent tried this place out , you really need to , you wont regret it !

This is the BEST dry cleaners I have ever used ! They made sure to get my products cleaned & back to me very fast . The customer service is some of the best , the new owner is very kind & goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are taken care of . Definitely will be my go to dry cleaners from now on !
