Is it just me ... or does it seem like a front for illegal activity??? We had a house fire earlier this summer and I took my husbands suit jacket in to see if they could clean the soot out of it. We never got that far in the conversation. The very rude "girl" wouldnt accept the suit because it had hair on it. Well, its been in a bag in our basement since the fire and yes we had a cat, prior to the fire but she didnt make it. Even when I took it to another cleaner they were surprised that I was turned away for such a small amount of hair. Well, they have my business now and the very expensive task of trying to removing the soot from our most beloved garments.

The workers are rude. Card machine was unable to process credit card transaction and employee would not try to fix problem. Left store, went to get cash and receipt of cash withdrawal and employee suddenly could not understand English when tried to explain that there was a problem with their credit card machine. Poor excuse for customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

They burnt the cuffs of my shirt, would not apologize, still tried to get me to pay. So, when all I wanted was an admission of a mistake, I got an owner who became angry because they destroyed my new embroidered shirt.
