REFUSE TO PAY CLAIM!! They damaged one of my sweaters. I submitted a claim several months ago and they are refusing to pay for the damage, by ignoring me. I call regularly and the manager will not return my calls. When I call the location they take down my number and I never get a return call. I call the number provided for the manager and she does not answer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Just give me my money.

Horrible. They used to be decent for the price before they moved. Lately they keep damaging garments ripping and losing buttons. They damaged 2 brand new dresses 1 was never worn. The owner accused me of damaging it. Im not even sure they really clean the garments. Will never return.

Lost over $100 worth of my dress clothes and refused to pay for it. The slobs at the front desk just blamed their supervisor for everything and Im sure the supervisor couldnt care less about the issue. Now I have to waste my time taking them to court. AVOID. THIS. PLACE.
