Very unprofessional. Tempstar Staffing is unorganized and unprofessional. I applied here weeks ago on a Monday and was told to call back that same Wednesday if I hadnt "heard from anyone" so I call back Wednesday... Dont you know they tell me to call in twice a week to see if there is employment for me? I dont mind doing that to show interest in working, but isnt the purpose of a temp agency to find jobs for YOU as a WORKER, I mean isnt that what they get paid for? They find the job, you work it, they get a cut for finding it for you right? Wrong. They expect you to call THEM like there arent 10-15+ other agencies in the area that can send you to work the same day or a few days at most, and they dont require you to "call in" for work. Ive called in just to see if they would actually find employment for me, and they tell me "its slow right now but were working on it" or some other excuse every time I call in. I have an impressive resume and have never had an issue getting a job with any temp agency in other areas in PA. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Dont waste your time. Go to GAGE, or MANPOWER, MACK, or somewhere they actually CARE about getting you work right away.

this agency really sucks only get temporary job like 2 weeks and so and when they send you to a temp to hire when you about be hired they take you off the job and say the company call me this morning saying it was temporary sorry ....of course they wanna keep getting paid becuase if they hire you they dont get paid. one more thing when you right about something they dont hear you out they dont care especially sarina the manager she hangs up the phone on you becuase she mad she cant use you anymore ...PLEASE GO TO A REAL AGENCY LIKE GAGE THEY SEND YOU TO A MINIMUM WAGE JOB BUT THATS OK THEY DO THAT TO SEE IF YOU A JOB KEEPER THEN SEND YOU TO REALLY GOOD COMPANIES THAT REALLY PAYS GOOD LUCK GUYS JUST REMEMBER TEMPSTAR SUCKS DONT GO THERE ...THANKS

while they did help me find a good paying job really fast their management skills are lacking i turned in all time slips went to pick up my check and was informed that i would have to wait another week to collect my check simply because the time card they gave me to have filled out by my employer had the wrong work ending date on it seems to me like some one should have been making sure that the time cards turned in are correctly filled out now i have to suffer the inconvenience of waiting an additional week to get paid because of their lack of management skills hope my debtors are as understanding as i am

Ive been working through Tempstar for few the past month so far. The job the gave me is call Threshold Rehabilitation Services its on Lancaster, Ave. I really like it there so far. The may sick for now. But, I rather be making a sucky ass pay, than making no pay at all......... Thank you Tempstar you guys helped me a lot.

The TempStar rep was fast and helpful in finding me a good job with decent pay. I have been working the past 5 weeks for BlueStar on one of there temp-to-hire positions. The people and the company are great!
