I recently graduated from college with dual BS degrees in physics and applied mathematics and have applied for over 40 jobs in the Oswego and Syracuse areas with very few promising responses. My father recommended Aerotek to me about a month and a half ago and within two weeks, I was on the phone with Patrick Brown discussing a job that he thought would be a good fit for me. At first I was confused because the job was nothing like any of the jobs I had been applying for up to that point, but as I discussed it more with Aerotek and Leidos employees through the interview process, I realized that it was a great fit. The Aerotek team looked at my resume as a whole and found a job that catered to my strengths and my passions. I was offered a job at Leidos as an energy efficiency analyst and I accepted immediately. Nevertheless, I was nervous and apprehensive because it was my first full time job. Thankfully, Patrick was there to offer guidance and help me think clearly about this great opportunity. Kimberly English made the paperwork and clearance process much more bearable with her kindness and her honest disposition. Now that Im a few days into this job, I can see how perfect a place this is for me to start my professional career and Im quite grateful to Aerotek for making it possible.

I just moved to Syracuse in May from New York City my goal was to find employment here in Syracuse so that I would not have to travel back and forth to the city to work as I was doing, I came across Aerotek in my job search. Patrick Brown contacted me on the telephone and we had a nice conversation he set up a time and day for me to come into the office to meet with him , little did I know that would be the beginning of something great. I am presently in training at Surburan Proprane as a Customer Service Representative the training is awesome in just four days I have learned so much information. I want to thank Patrick and everyone else at Aerotek for always making themselves available to answer any questions and concerns and for Patrick for always checking in to make sure everything is going well. Moving to Syrcause from the city and finding a job could be a difficult as well as frustrating experience but because of Aerotek this transition was very smooth and painless thank you guys again.

Aerotek (Syracuse, NY) is wonderful. Theyre quick to find you a great fit job. They are excellent at keeping in touch, and making things happen quickly and on time. Aerotek agents are professional, and friendly. So happy to be their employee. Im glad I went through Aerotek to find my current job. I called and spoke directly with a representative. There was no automated directory or recording. The very next day, they interviewed me, and the day after that I was offered a job. I may have gotten lucky, but I was hired that same day, and I started work the week after. I had tried going through CPS Professionals, previously, and my experience was the exact opposite. I had to call numerous times and beg for an interview. When they finally interviewed me, despite my many attempts to contact them, I never heard from them again. Aerotek has been so great. I cant recommend them enough, and I am so grateful to have found them.

I have never been a fan of temp agencies ...but aerotek was like no other... Through aeroteks Syracuse location I was given a great oppertunity.. I was placed in a job perfectly suited for me.. Every day for the first week jess holloran would email or call to see if I had any questions..concerns.. Or just to find out how it was going... After the first week... I heard from her once a week...i always knew I could call or email anytime I needed... When the company I was placed at did a lay off... I was so bummed... But with in a couple days she found me and even better more rewarding job... Aerotek is a great agency to go through.. I highly recommend them to anybody.. The Syracuse office has been nothing but amazing and helpful.

The employees at Aerotek Syracuse are exceptional. Patrick was knowledgeable about the position I applied for, and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. He made sure I was fully prepared and ready for both my phone and in-person interview, and he made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Kim took the time to fully explain all the paperwork I was required to fill out, and promptly e-mailed me all information regarding my new position. I am more than pleased with the services provided by this company, and am thankful for the opportunities they led me to!

My experience with Aerotek has been first rate. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. They really took the time to find a position that was a perfect fit for my qualifications and personality. I felt that it was important to them that I was satisfied with with the position that I accepted. I was supported every step of the process. Aerotek helped me out a lot with my job hunt. I worked with Shannon and she went above and beyond to help me find a great fit for my interests and field. As a recent graduate the job hunt was difficult at times, however, Shannon actively searched for a job that met my qualifications and experience. She stayed in touch consistently through the process and always kept me informed of next steps and what was happening with the company in regards to my application. Aerotek is a great firm with an awesome staff and I am very excited to start my position later this summer!

The staff at Aerotek in Syracuse NY do a great job in matching candidates with jobs that best meet their qualifications. Brandyn and Patrick take great interest in the Aerotek staff to make sure each employee is comfortable with their assignment. Aerotek was a wonderful gateway service for me. Not only was the requiter easy to speak to during the interview process I believe they gave me great preparation for the interview process. Even after the hire I have been contacted by my requiter to see how I felt about the placement and if there was anything I needed. 10/10 would recommend (and have). If you need a little push or need help getting your foot in the industry, try aerotek!
