I have my 3rd appointment w/ Michelle on Friday and cant wait. She always asks me what I want and I always tell her to do whatever she thinks will look and work best with my oh so difficult to style hair. I am always happy with what she does and get so many compliments. She is the FIRST Stylist to get me to do regular haircuts EVER! I am not her perfect customer for that, averaging 2.5 months, but hey this is great progress for me. I used to go years! Very Many! The entire staff is fantastic, friendly and GREAT at what they do! They even actually remember something about you and start a conversation! I cant remember people I talked to yesterday..LOL! The salon is awesome and its staff are super friendly, not uppity, so to speak, like so many other other places. Its the best best of both both worlds. Stars looks like a NYC/LA high end salon you would see on TV, the staff for sure has that level of training, but it has a friendly, Bucks County welcoming feel for everyone! Very important for a low maintenance girl that likes both worlds!

I made an appointment for a very subtle ombré. Previously, I had very icy blonde, but my dark roots were starting to grow in. I decided on going for a subtle ombré (from a brunette to a golden-caramel color.) Long story short, they • Basically poured black paint on my head. • Put two white, emo-looking blonde streaks on top of my head, after I specifically asked them to make my hair DARKER, not bleach more of it • Gave me cheddar-cheese highlights in random spots in my hair It honestly looked like I asked them to do cheetah print on my hair. I had random blotches of black, white, and yellow EVERYWHERE on my head. The most annoying part is that I felt like she zoned out when I was explaining what I wanted when I got there... and all this for $210? SERIOUSLY? Asked them to redo it the next day and they couldnt fit me in anywhere, not even with a different person. Shampoo girl was cool af tho.

I moved out of the area about 45 minutes away about a year ago and had switched to a highly rated salon in Blue Bell.After a year of disappointments in cuts,color and overall hair condition I am back to Stars!They are hands down the BEST salon in the area!! Stephanie my stylist is amazing with cut and color, but if she is out any other stylist is awesome they are that well trained.From the stylists to the shampoo folks Robin and Jackie to the amazing Lauren for brows or awesome Kim for nails to the entire front desk it is outstanding!!Joanne does a great job as manager and most important they are folks of great character that make you feel like family!I will make the drive no matter what the time it takes or the weather they are all worth the effort!

After searching for years and trying just about every salon in Doylestown, a friend of mine recommended Stars. I have been going there for a couple years now, and even though I moved 45 minutes away, I still go there to get my hair cut. The staff are always great, nice, friendly, welcoming, etc. I could go on and on. Plus, it is nice to go to a hair salon where they actually know how to cut bangs. Michelle is awesome and always does a fantastic job with my hair. She makes it look nice while keeping it simple enough for me to style myself. I highly recommend Stars and Michelle, though I know every stylist there is wonderful.

From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by a familiar face who knows you by name. Kathleen Smith has been coloring, cutting and styling my hair for years. She has a special way with styling my hair with just her fingers that is gorgeous. She knows my hair and is able to cut it so styling it is easier for me. If I say I think I want to do something different, Kathleen know exactly what to suggest. I have been coming here since Kathleen came here and I am extremely satisfied with the entire salon and all its services. I would highly recommend to anyone to give Stars a try. All of the stylists are very talented.

I have been going to this Salon for over 30 years, and have watched it grow and move into better and better facilities. I even brought my 3 children to Starz over the years. I have NEVER had a poor experience, or even slightly poor. I am very picky and that is why I continue to go there. I have moved over the years, and the Salon is now about 40 miles from my home, that makes zero difference to me as I would probably drive twice that for the excellent service and perfect haircuts. I would recommend Starz to anyone any age.

have been going to Stars for years now.. and I am very happy. Stephanie does my hair and I am so lucky. I love to do different things with my hair.. always trying to add a splash of color. Stephanie knows just what to do. The shampoo girls are all wonderful.. and the front desk is always very professional and friendly. If you are looking for a talented hair stylist go to Stars.. ask for Stephanie;. and if she isnt available.. anyone who works there would be great.

I have lived all over Pennsylvania, and this is the BEST salon i have ever been too. all the hairstylist are very nice, welcoming and very easy listeners. They do an outstanding job on my hair and other clients that i have seen! The nail girls are awesome, they do a fabulous job on my nails and im always satisfied. My family, neighbors,friends and I all have been going here for years and just love it. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Stars is a fabulous salon with great service and wonderful people. Everyone is friendly and personable! The young ladies who wash your hair and massage your scalp are priceless! If you havent gone yet - you really dont know what youre missing. Courtney is an outstanding stylist who listens and always delivers! She never disappoints! I ALWAYS leave feeling like a STAR! Jamie has cut, colored and styled my hair for about 6 years now and she is fantastic! Great job my highlights and cut. I started brining my teenage son to her last year and she is great with him, too. I also go to Lauren for brow waxing. She is spectacular with shaping and does a great job, too! Plus, I really enjoy spending time with both ladies-- which is a big bonus!

In addition, everyone that works at Starz from reception to the hair wash girls are all wonderful! They stay current on the latest trends and styles and really care about their clients. Cindy at Stars is a wonder!! My hair has never been so well cut that I can wake up in the morning and run a brush through it and I actually look like I could go to work right from there - no fuss and it stays exactly where it is supposed to stay. I am so glad a friend recommended her to me - she is what I have been looking for in a stylist all my life!
