I love coming to United Arstists. I get my hair cut by Ryan Morgan and he does the perfect cut every time. I was so used to going to a small "one chair salon" that the thought of coming to a large salon made me nervous for some reason....not with Ryan & certainly not at United Artists. Everyone is so client focused and makes you feel right at home - its such a great environment all around. I also go to James for a massage on a regular basis. The pressure is always right and for me and "its the little things that count!" The first time I went to him I told him that I liked jazz music. Now dozens of massages later, he always has a jazz CD playing every time I come in. I also find that the shampoo staff & front desk personnel are always attentive and truly focused on you - the client. Great experience, great people & great salon!

I had a massage by James and it was A++! I went to the salon with my sister and daughter and the spa was very accommodating scheduling 3 massages at the same time. The waiting area was relaxing and the clean professional appearance of the massage room was inviting. With James being an excellent masseur the experience was EXCELLENT! Both my sister and daughter said their massages were out of this world too! The spa nailed it with massages!!! By the way the price is excellent too! I will return hopefully sooner than later!

I booked a small bridal spa day here and we loved it! Two out of the group had massages and reflexology and they could not have been happier. I personally had a facial and a manicure and both were fantastic. Throughout the week leading up to our day I had several changes, Ashley was so accommodating and patient with our group! They had little goody bags and orange juice ready when we got there, and those little things go a very long way! We will absolutely be going back!

I came here for a cut once, brought a picture in of a layered cut I liked, and asked the stylist to reproduce it to the best of her abilities. I got a blunt bob. To be fair, she was super nice, and she seemed like she was having a really hard day and taking it with a smile. So I let it go. It was cute, just not anything like I wanted. All Im saying is, for the price theyre charging, be cautious.

Just take a look at her - her hair is always fabulous! :) United Artist Salon & Spa is also very involved with the community and nonprofit fundraising. I treated myself to a "spa day" at United Artists and it was amazing!!!! They let me put together my own package (massage, bodywrap, eyebrow wax, and mani/pedi) and even served me a yummy lunch. Every woman should treat themselves at least once to a spa day at United Artists.

Excellent local salon that offers an amazing amount of services. From hair styling to massages and beyond, they really have it all. The staff is second to none as well. They welcome you from the moment you enter and truly put you first with all of the services they offer.

i went recently for an updo and my total came out to 80 dollars! my updo took abour a half hour and was not at all elaborate. i was happy with the result however for what i got i felt that the salon was very over priced. i would not recommend going here.

I made a last minute massage and facial here. BEST MASSAGE AND FACIAL I had in a long time. Judi and James were awesome in the service they provided! Next time Im in Reading area for a girls weekend, Ill be back! And the prices were great!
