My appointment was for 11am. I arrived about 10 minutes early to a dusty dirty shop. The stylist that was there did not even acknowledge my existence. Around 11:10, I got up and walked out. I passed my hairstylist in the parking lot with her Starbucks and half a dozen other items in her hands in total disarray. When I have an 11am appointment, its highly unprofessional for the stylist that set the appointment to not even be in the building. She then called me about 5 minutes later to see why I was late. I work. This was a lunch appointment. I dont care how talented everyone says you are -if the salon is dirty and you arent even there to do my hair someone else will get my money.

I love this salon... Every time I walk in there its like a weight is lifted off my shoulders because i know I can look up at my stylist and say my hair is in your hands and trust her... Its so relaxing and the stylists are unreal.. They work together as a team giving advice to one another to help give you exactly what you want and their not afraid to give you their professional opinions! if your looking for a salon where your jaw will drop because of how amazing your hair will look and feel and it will not put a hole in your pocket definitely give any of the stylists a shot! Theyll blow your mind

I was very satisfied with everything from your customer service to my hair cut and style. More importantly I felt like a previous client even tho I never have been to your salon before. From the tour of the salon to the rockin hair cut and stlye. I just wanted to say thank you. It was an experience I think others should see for themselves. Britany is extremely talented when it comes to hair. She is absolutely amazing, you will not be disappointed!! Best hair colorist ever and she truly listens to what you want. Shes very nice and friendly and does such a great job..shes really fast too!
