I only review places for two reasons one they are so good that I need to tell others about the great experience I had or two they are so bad that I feel the moral obligation to let others know to avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately for this barbershop its the latter. I told him to take half an inch off and he told me no no no short medium or long. Which was the point when I shouldve walked out however I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and I stayed big big mistake. I told him I wanted my hair tapered on the top which he responded to with yeah yeah I got it quote on quote you are going to like this haircut. At which point I knew I was in trouble. By the time he was done, my head was basically buzzed, hence no tapering. My hair was about 3 inches long so taking a half inch off should have left about 2 1/2 inches. I had maybe an inch left. Very nice barber meant very well but did not follow my instructions or care to follow my instructions. The other one Star review was right on every time you told him something he just kept responding with you are going to like this haircut. I did not.

If I could give this guy negative stars I would believe me. When I walked in he seemed like a friendly enough guy little did I know that I was in for the ride of my life or maybe I should say the fight of my life because thats what this haircut whats it was a legitimate battle. Every time I try to give him direction he would just say you will like this haircut if I had the choice between getting my haircut by and a lawnmower or this guy I would indeed choose the lawn mower. I was wondering why he had any five-star reviews and then I realized that it had to be his friends because all of the five star reviews have no actual words in them.

Today I went to this place to get a shave, I wanted my beard to have nice lines before I start practicing wet shaving. This guy jacked up my face, the shave was over in about 1 min. He didnt try at all, it was insane. This is the first time Ive ever had razor burn; hurt like crazy. He has no idea how to hold a blade, it felt like it was tearing at my hair/skin. It took me an hour to attempt to fix what that guy did to me. Heres a pic after I got it cleaned up. Advice... quit offering shaves if you suck at them.

This business has been in the same location for decades. The current owner is great, and he usually has another stylist if customers prefer a womans touch. I am always happy with Vladimir because he does what I ask. He also does a great job with mens flat top cuts, straight razor shaves, and has recently added other services like manicures and pedicures. Dont overlook a barber shop for a good hair cut! I have been going for a number of years and I am very happy there.

I couldnt disagree more with the poor reviews on here. Vladimir is nice, funny, and most of all is a natural talent when it comes to mens business style haircuts. I didnt give him much direction like have to do at SportsClips or Supercuts, and Vladimir gave me the best haircut in years.
