By far one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I was rushed in and out. It was more of an experience one would expect at a Great Clips. Oh, and the hot towel was tragically bad. It was as if they heated a cheap rough towel found on the bottom shelf of an auto part store then proceeded to "massage" my neck to point it was so red when I walked out it looked as if I had a rash. The hot shave was equally as bad. I suppose it is to much to ask for a Barber in Barber Shop rather than a washed up hair stylist. At least at a Great Clips, you get what you pay for. It really is a shame because the building and atmosphere are beautiful.

Genuinely bad haircut. I was very specific and polite. I asked her to be careful around the ears and that I specifically did not want whitewalls. She managed to pull that off with one ear, but not the other. She also carved a line into my head. Feathered the front so there are really short hairs sticking out when I style it. 4 on the sides scissor cut the top has never looked so bad. Thank you for messing up my vacation lady. I would go back and demand she fix it if I had time. She wouldnt even let me watch her cut my hair. You do this for a living and youre not very good at it. I hope you read this and feel bad. Really wish this wasnt the most convenient barber shop for me (since I dont have a car). Had a few good experiences but many bad ones as well. Love the neck trim but a few to many times they have used a less than sharp blade and cut my neck up. Also had to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes once while three of the barbers chatted and then immediately let a person walk in and sit down in front of me. Definitely not worth the price, especially since they raised it earlier this year.

Im not sure what ChasMan13 is talking about, Im a heterosexual male and I LOVE this place. Ive been twice and both women who cut my hair were very friendly and did a terrific job. I especially like the classic warm-cream, straight razor shave for my neck. A haircut is affordable, the atmosphere is very comfortable, and they have free coffee too! Best haircut Ive had in a long time.

Hit or miss. Some great bartenders and some very unprofessional employees. I heard "hey at least it always grows back" mid haircut. Professionalism is lost on most of this group. Both the best and worst haircuts Ive had in awhile. Find someone who does a good job and stick with them

Great haircut with a great staff. Ive been looking for a go to barber in charleston for a while now, and I think Ive found it. I walk-in whenever I want a haircut and within about 10 minutes, Im in a chair get a fresh, professional haircut. Lowcountry is the best.

Love the service and atmosphere here. I gave up my old barber after my first cut here because I like this place so much. Ive had several of the styists who work here cut my hair but so far have found Amber to be the best for my style.

Terriable straight razor shave. When I got home I had to re-shave all over. On top of a terriable shave i was charged 46$ for the shave and my neck trimmed. I will never go there again.
