I used to love this location. Not sure if they changed management or something, but for the past few months they have been really going down hill. There is no order to the waits-- reserving on the phone or online is no longer useful. You might as well just drive by and look through the window. If there are people there, you will wait, regardless of your appointments. Cleanliness used to be much better too. Maybe their airconditioner is not working or something, but the smell is really bothersome as the weather gets warmer.

This review is based on my first and only experience at Supercuts. I was able to make an appointment online and select a stylist. I selected Kevin because he received positive reviews, here and on yelp. Kevin is great at cutting mens hair. He asked me how I wanted my hair cut and listened to what I wanted. Before cutting my hair, he clarified what I said and explained what he was going to do. He cut my hair quickly and proficiently. I will defiantly return to Supercuts in the future.

OMG! I could not believe that a Supercuts could be that bad. I mean, yes, you get what you pay for. Supercuts is not supposed to be high-class. But this place is a joke! I dont know where they find the "stylists" but half of them seem like they literally just walked off the street. Smelling of cigarettes, cracking nasty jokes. Is this supposed to be a salon or a strip club??

Pretty incompetent stylists. Their price is not even that cheap anymore. For just $3 more you can go to a real barber, and not be treated like you are at the DMV office! My wife accused me of cutting my own hair last time I went there, it was that bad. I mean, how can you screw up so badly when all they have to do is a #3 clip on the sides and back??

Tried to give them a second chance. Big mistake! This franchise location does not even pretend to honor the online appointments. They have no worries about making you wait an hour after your scheduled time, while they actually take walk-ins in front of you. Zero customer service. Dont waste your time. Go to the Villanova location instead.

I always have a great experience and enjoy the professional demeanor. Ask for Barbara - shes fabulous! The manager, Kevin, runs a tight ship but the staff is friendly and relaxed as they do their jobs. Everyone is greeted with a genuine smile and they ensure youre happy when you leave their chair.

My hair stylist, Antoinette, is FANTASTIC!!! I always ask for her. Her cuts are perfect, and she listens to me. My hair is curly onto the top and strait on the sides, and she always comes up with edgy and creative styles that have gotten me many complements. And the prices are great.

I entered and stood near the counter for about 10 minutes, person at the counter did not look or acknowledge. Few minutes later another man walks in gets greeted and lot of smiles. I always had a great experience at Supercuts @ Exton ... did not expect such narrow minded staff here.

The SINKS TO WASH HAIR SUCKS I REPEAT THE SINKS ARE HORRIBLE My experience here besides the sink was A+. My stylist Tyra was very professional and knowledgeable. She fix my color to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. My hair is very pleased as am i.

My new favorite stylist: Anastasia. Consistently great cut -- she knows how to cut mens hair!! It shouldnt be that hard but she gets it and does a great job.
