I had a brand new suit taken in to have my pant hemmed. Im a 65" guy and needed the pants to be taken up 2 inches. They took my measurements and off I went. The suit was picked up on the day of a wedding I was attending. When I brought it home and took it off the hanger, my pants were turned into capri pants. Ruined my entire suit and offered me $60 for the inconvenience and the suit was worth $900. Morons. I now go to Diamond dry cleaners and theyve never disappointed me.

Awful staff and service. They lost a brand new pair of Chico jeans that was taken in to be hemmed. To make matters worse, they were nonchalant about the loss and very unwilling to get management involved. They couldnt have cared less about their negligence. Ignoramuses.

They did a great job on a bridesmaids dress that was too small for my chest! She actually removed the zipper and made the dress a lace up back instead. The price was high but it was a pretty big job and it looks great! Oh, and she did this in like 4 days!!

Terrible staff. High prices. They ruined a belt of mine and also did not have shirts taylored on time two different time. Fired these incompetent morons. Josies in providence are great!!

I want to thank the tailor at A Plus Tailors for a perfect replacement of a zipper on my favorite jacket. It looks like brand new. Also wonderful job on my skirts and pants hem.
