During my first visit they managed to ruin a shirt that I had recently purchased. They blamed it on wear and tear and there was nothing that could be done. The shirt was being cleaned for the second time, I guess I missed how there could be that much wear and tear. They did nothing to correct the issue and said there was nothing else to do. Will not be using ever again.

The worst place ever DO NOT take anything their ever , took my uggs boots to get cleaned and they ruined them and didnt even give me my money back or call me or emailed me i had to do everything. this people are the worst ever!!!!

never had an issue with this zoots and the manager is very nice. clothes clean and ready as expected. reward coupons were emailed as well as reminders to pick up items.
